The front desk was nice and did her best to accommodate me in English, including providing her WeChat in case I had any questions. They also upgraded my room since mine wasn’t available at check-in. Be aware, the majority of the guests were senior citizens, depending on what type of vibe you want with your hotel.

I would really recommend this hotel just for the private beach! The public beaches are full of people, but this hotels beach was very calm and pleasant. In the evening we had a meal on the beach. The view from the room (on the sea side) was stunning. The buffet breakfast is amazing. Huge variety of choices. My only complaint would be the bathroom that felt a bit run down. Would need to be refreshed.

A very cost-effective parent-child hotel. The rooms are clean and sanitary, the bedding is very comfortable, there are slides and tents that children like, and the hotel also provides free buses to Silver Beach and Qiaogang Style Street. In addition, the twin room I booked is also very good, with a large area, and the elderly at home are very satisfied. The hotel's housekeeper and front desk are very enthusiastic, caring, and proactively help with luggage. The service is very thoughtful, and a big thumbs up. Adults and children don't want to leave, and I will book here next time ✌️

Great hotel. Great amenities. Great food. Great location. We're on a time without too much people so we enjoyed the whole inside swimming pool for us, fabulous time there. You pay more at this hotel but you receive a great experience.

Excellent, clean, new-ish hotel that is a very short walk from Silver Beach. Very friendly and helpful staff (special mention to Ms Celine Dong who checked us in, spoke excellent English and was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with information on the hotel and its surrounds. Thank you Celine!). Breakfast had an impressive array of options (including some western options) and the room (a family room with bunk) was very spacious and comfortable for my wife, two children (12 and 10) and I. Would definitely stay there again.

Isle Beach Home was a pleasant surprise. The view and closeness to the ocean is the best part of the stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are of western hotel standards. The staff is attentive and friendly. They provide information about the island and also scooters for easy transportation. There is a restaurant on site with delicious food. It's also close to local seafood markets on the island. Another great part about the hotel is the infinity pool and deck. But there are a few things that detract from the overall greatness of the experience. The pool deck, although beautifully overlooking the ocean, is not set up for relaxing. The deck chairs are old and without cushions and there are no pool umbrellas to protect from the summer sun. And secondly, (this is not their fault or responsibility) the surrounding environment is the opposite of what the hotel promotes. The buildings and structures surrounding the hotel are unsafe and hazardous looking. But even with that, I would definitely stay her again.

The hotel is strategically located, with the high-speed rail station within a 5-minute walk and the starting point of the airport bus. There is Pearl City nearby, which sells various specialties and delicious food. To Qiaogang Fengqing Street, Didi costs about 10 yuan, which is very close. The breakfast buffet is rich and the dining environment is good. The hotel service is good and welcoming, and the room facilities are well-equipped. However, there is a flaw in the ointment. The room is on a dark side and the window is open. It is recommended to turn on the ventilation when no guests are staying.

The service staff greeted us very warmly and kindly. The guest rooms are very atmospheric, the mattresses are very comfortable, and the bathroom bathtub is also very clean. I took a bath at night. 3️⃣There are not only B&Bs here, but also restaurants and Changfeng Cafe; there are parasols and swings on the beach; the wooden corridors of the B&B are all very good! Every corner is very photogenic! I was ecstatic when I arrived at the B&B! The photogenic rate is too high! 4️⃣Before checking in, you can create a group and ask for flight information; there will be a pier pick-up service for check-in and check-out. When you enter the hotel, there will be a concierge in the lobby to help store your luggage. The work team is very enthusiastic and professional. The staff are very professional and skilled in dealing with various inquiries, handling problems very well, and can provide services to guests in a timely manner. The breakfast is also comprehensive; there are soy milk, steamed buns, noodles, and fruits. The room also has a projector, mini bar soft drinks, and toiletries like shower gel have a very textured smell. ❇️Summary: From booking the hotel to checking out, the hotel gave me a very warm and comfortable feeling, allowing me to get a relaxing and soothing rest environment after work. It is a great homestay; I will recommend it to my friends!
