房間乾淨衞生，熱水很足，房間裏也很暖和。早餐也很豐盛，小朋友吃的飽飽的！索道上來就直接辦理入住也很方便！晚上還有温泉可以泡！總體非常不錯，帶小朋友來玩的很開心！

前廳服務員託運行李箱的工作人員 態度特別差!託運的行李都不一一核對檢查，還不如上山前遊客中心的人，起碼還要給客人核對檢查，以免拿錯拿掉。這邊服務人員的態度特別特別差，非常沒有耐心，對遊客造成很不好的印象，感覺缺乏管理培訓，素質有待提高！其他酒店環境還不錯，就是衞生設施稍微老舊，洗澡水時冷時熱，國慶期間住宿價格還算合理，其他還不錯，但服務人員的態度確實有待改進!

西羌住這一晚説實話真的不滿意 西羌比松山小築方便一些 房間也會大一點 但是空氣沒有松山好（第一天住松山）
房間一股屎粑粑臭味 特別是坐在床上靠着牀頭櫃 那個味道特別上頭
多次聯繫前台 前台説滿房沒有房間可換 讓阿姨點了香 但是並未一點緩解 這一晚真的住得痛苦
如果遊客想要住的舒服一點 可以選擇附近民宿 價格200多的也很舒服了 西羌除了上山後近一點其他還真趕不上附近同等價位住宿

九皇山太好玩了，一天根本不夠玩，臨時決定多玩一天，正好西羌酒店就在景區裏面。春節期間酒店門口就有薩朗逛歡夜，遊客和羌族小姑娘小夥子一起圍着篝火跳舞，氣氛很好。在酒店吃了午餐和晚餐，真真物美價廉，而且工作人員熱情好客！正好來了大姨媽，床上的電熱毯讓我安睡一整晚，體驗感滿分💯💯💯
