環境沒得説，清靜的大山裡難得有這麼一間舒適的所在。裝修也非常考究，關鍵是大，光陽台都有十幾平，晚上看看月亮吹吹風，非常愜意。
但是，服務幾乎等於零。浴袍浴巾衹有一套，枕頭枕套也衹備了一套，淋浴間連個掛鈎都沒有，衞生間小的放不下腿，停電也沒有預案。進出期間店員們大多都在玩手機。
總體説來，環境頂級，裝修下了血本。但就是服務太差了，並不是態度問題，是沒有服務意識。希望羌寨的朋友們能夠加強服務意識，努力匹配上高端民宿應有的服務水準。
