軟件差： 1.客房人員不跟前台核實房態，直接刷卡進門，根本無視房間裏還有人在睡覺； 2.前台人員永遠睡不醒一樣，你跟她説話，她總是一副很不在意的語氣，跟她反饋客房人員的問題，她也是迷迷糊糊的回覆“我會跟客房説的”，到前台開發票時候再次提及，換了另一個前台，頭也不抬給一句“抱歉”！ 硬件差： 1.房間內電線裸露，線路敷設線槽不固定； 2.電視機頂盒遙控器按鍵不靈敏，還沒有後蓋； 3.床單有污漬，還是壞的； 4.房間壁紙有明顯被水泡的痕跡，翻邊開裂，吊頂開裂有坍塌風險； 5.洗手間馬桶圈比馬桶小了3cm，就這樣幹嘛還要裝馬桶圈呢？直接坐馬桶上不就行了？ 6.二層房間與餐廳共用走廊，大晚上的酒懵子在餐廳吵吵嚷嚷，再走廊推推搡搡，再電梯前室高談闊論，實在影響睡覺！ 有優點： 唯一的優點就是房間是真的暖和，臨近供暖結束的時候還這麼暖和的酒店確實不多了，在房間裏可以少穿點也不覺得冷，但是容易被闖進來的客房服務員看個一清二楚！

第一次入住這個賓館，環境很不錯，房間比較大，服務也很好，價位合理，早餐多樣有營養，沒有來過的可以試試。

每次來都住這裏，房間很大很乾凈衞生，有停車場，前台小姐姐的態度非常好，去街裏交通也很便利，樓下就有公交車，早餐也很好吃，，很滿意，以後還會住這裏。

住的是商務標間A含雙早的房間，餐廳居然沒有早餐，衹給煮碗麪條或者煮一碗速凍餃子，麪條還不給加雞蛋，既然不給提供早餐服務，平台就應該取消雙早36元錢的服務。 這款房間太大，可以提供一套沙發茶几或者茶台

房間寬敞明亮，衞生條件好，洗浴熱水充足，服務態度好！前台熱情！
