Las fotos del servicio del spa, no reflejan la realidad...ni velas ni almohadillas de toalla acomodada, publicidad falsa, menos mal q me baje mis propias velas. Buen servicio, aunque por el precio q es, le falta mantenimiento. La cama del room LOVE espectacular para el funcionamiento, pero no para dormir.

Hotel bien tenu, propre et agréable. Literie impeccable et possibilité de profiter du spa. Avons essayé aussi un massage qui fut très convenable. L'ascenseur est à lui seul une expérience inoubliable. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux à souhait

No es un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Las fotos no reflejan para nada lo cutre q es el sitio. Carisimo para lo que es. El hidromasaje es una piscina de cloro prellenada que no puedes vaciar asi que preferimos no meternos dentro por si acaso. La cama movil es esperpentica y el sofa tantrico te sirve para dejar la ropa porque la habitacion es tan pequeña que no hay sitio para un armario. Las campanas de la iglesia suenan cada 15minutos en tu cabeza y a las 7 de la mañana se enciende el motor del hidromasaje para echar cloro en el agua. Abstenerse tocar ningun boton porque aun es peor. Si quieres que tu novia te deje, 100% recomendable.

Hôtel vétuste, mal entretenu, propreté moyenne et personnel antipathique. Le spa douteux au niveau de la propreté. Éclairage horrible dans la chambre, pas cosy. Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner ne correspond pas à 1 hotel 4*, service lamentable, personnel non professionnel, non commerçant. Accueil glacial.

Excellent ! Magnifique ! Superbe hôtel, literie très confortable. Le petit déjeuner sur les toits, servi à l'assiette, préparé à la minute, fruits et jus de fruit frais, tout un assortiment de produits sans gluten. C'est un endroit sublime, confortable, très propre. Le spa au sous-sol permet un moment de détente après une journée de marche. Loin des bruits de la côte mais à quelques minutes en voiture pour les balades de cliques en criques. Bref, un enchantement... idéal pour les longs week-end de détente 😉

Hemos pasado este fin de semana en el Hotel y ha sido un acierto increíble. El personal muy atento, todo muy limpio y sobretodo poder disfrutar del spa tan bonito que tienen: Sin duda para nuestro aniversario repetiremos.

Tal vez porque fuimos fuera de temporada, pero el servicio era muy escaso, no tiene bar no restaurante.El ascensor es lentísimo y súper estrecho. Creo que hay muchos mejores hoteles en Begur incluso con menos estrellas. Cierto que el poco servicio se esperaba por cubrir las necesidades. En definitiva fueron 3 días poco agradables.

En couple, nous partons pour un long week-end sur Begur, on se laisse séduire par la beauté des chambres et le spa malgré le prix élevé. Les chambres sont en effet très belles,spacieuses, la literie est confortable. Bémol les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées, et celles donnant sur la rue bruyantes. Les espagnols sont festifs. Le spa est en niveau-1 dans un cadre sympathique. L'hôtel est équipé d'un ascenseur. Le petit-déjeuner est servi au 3e étage avec une vue panoramique sur la ville. Correct dans son ensemble. J'ai l'impression que les propriétaires vivent un peu sur leurs acquis.
