I stayed in a deluxe mini home which was very cute, felt like new and really became home after only staying four nights. The room was really clean! I would have loved a few condiments like salt and pepper, oil etc as it had all of the cooking facilities but for just a few days it was not worth buying too much. The only downside to the mini home was the height of the celiinh above the bed. It didn’t really bother me but if my husband had of come he would definitely have hit his head. The facilities were great! The pool was perfect and the venue also had a trampoline and outdoor cinema which was great for children although they play films from 10pm which is a little late. The food at the restaurant was good and the resort was just about 3 minutes from a supermarket (I wish the hotel had of told me this rather than sending me to their expensive organic shop even though I asked specifically for a supermarket), 5 minutes to the small ***** of restaurants and 7 minutes to the beach. The area itself is the most beautiful that I’ve been to in Spain. Begur which is a five minute drive us worth checking out. Overall, my experience was great!

It’s a real shame to write this as the location of this resort is lovely (if extremely hilly) and the beach is ok. There are much nicer beaches on the costa brava. The hotel is just all over the place and every day is different. We unfortunately booked half board and the food was terrible. The continental breakfast was ok, noting you could not have bought at the supermarket and eaten on your own terrace (yoghurt, fruit, cereal, toast etc) but anything cooked was an absolute mess. Every egg I ordered all holiday (fried, poached, scrambled) was raw and cold and no matter how hard the lovely wait staff tried to get the chefs to do this properly, it never happened. The evening meal was the same, very pared down menu for all 11 nights we were there, the food was so bad it was laughable and everything tasted of the lighting fluid used to light the wood burning BBQ (not very environmentally friendly, but then I am not sure what is identifiably environmentally friendly, I couldn’t find one thing). Everything was so heavy and covered in oil, the food seemed so outdated, no lovely fresh, light cooking with the considerable local ingredients. The deserts were ridiculous, the home made ice cream came as slip and tasted awful and the lemon posset for some unknown reason repeatedly came topped with the mornings cereals (coco pops and special K). Every family we spoke to who had eaten there were really unhappy, especially those on half board. We are out a lot which doubled the price of our meals but we just couldn’t face the food which is really saying something as we are pretty easy to please with food. For some reason, right at the end of our stay we could not come down for breakfast when we wanted as they had imposed a booking system which we were not privy to until it had already booked up. The restaurant staff are absolutely lovely and trying their best (working way longer hours than they should) but the reception staff were not great. Our room was only cleaned twice in 11 days and I had to hassle them multiple times to get that done. The cabins are TINY and as a family of four, we really struggled with space. This break cost us 4k for the accommodation and you can get SO much more and better for that. It felt like we were roughing it and camping, when we had paid 4 times what we paid on the Costa brava last year for a nice hotel. I would avoid unless you want a very basic, camping style break (and if so, don’t go half board and don’t pay as much as we did, you’ll be really disappointed).

The stay was nice and the place beautiful. The problem was that ants were everywhere, even on the beds. Breakfast was nice but it seems not very environmentally friendly to have coffee capsules Nesspresso. The staff was not as nice as expected in a high level resort, except for the breakfast staff. The swimming pool and the jumping were really nice.

A bit reluctant to camping, Talaia Eco Resort was a pleasant surprise! Nicely built in the middle of pines trees with some bungalows offering an amazing view, all accommodations are well appointed and very nicely designed, each accommodation offering a private terrace. Very nice staff. Small convenience store and restaurant in the resort. Sa Riera beach and supermarket walking distance.

Most Beautiful hotel i have ever been to. We came into this hotel without really knowing where we where going. We not only got surprised by the beautiful and expectacular place we arrived to, but also by the people in it. Talaia´s concept was just magical, we stayed at one of the mos beautiful bungalos I have ever stayed in. The sights are impressive, never seen such beautiful views. Location is amazing, and the sunsets where such a pleasure. The rooms where impecable, and the service was EXCELLENT. I was so surprised by the People here, and the whole environment was just a dream experience!! Planning con coming back next year for longer term!! Thanks a lot for making us feel so welcome!!

My husband and I spend 7 nights in the tiny duplex home at the resort. The quietness was surreal. Great location, close to beaches, extremely hilly though. Very clean facilities, friendly staff. A big thumbs up to Jorge who always went the extra mile. A huge thank you to Mok the general manager for making us feel so welcome and always had time for a chat and the 2 receptionist we dealt with extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back again but for longer this time and bigger unit. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The Glamping Hotel is just beautiful. We loved the pool, the restaurant, the views. Its 10 min to the beach of Sa Riera. Wich is a beautiful Costa Brava Bay. a minor was the lack of personal during high season. Only one person at the bar, not organised, everybody needed to wait and there was nobody to help. The toilets at the pool area were almost all broken. They need to clean it more often as it was really dirty. This is something you dont expect for the price you pay. Overall, we loved our stay!

Wonderful place for a holiday. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bungalow was just like the pictures with great storage hacks like the storage under the beds. The pool, restaurant and the grounds were perfectly designed and maintaned. Walking distance from a beautiful beach with some great local restaurants. Overall highly recmmended, we will definitely return next year.
