"The staffs at receptions counter are very helpful and polite. Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. But at the last night, when I bck to hotel around 9pm and found that room service has forgotten to clean up my room."

"Spacious room with good access to local transport. It would be better if the hotel didn't use disposable cups for environmental reasons. I think the hotel staff requires a bit more training. The hotel price is low for a 4 stars because it is not located in a tourist destination."

"Service was okay, beds were clean and fresh, the rooftop terrace and its offerings (cocktail bar and grill bar in the evening) were excellent with a relaxing ambiance, and the breakfast was plentiful, wide-ranging, with something for everyone, and reasonably priced. I would recommend JOST anytime (I do personally)."
