Stayed here for several nights. Neighborhood is not fancy or exciting. However, once inside the gate there’s a lovely boutique hotel, recently renovated. The rooms are small but contain everything we needed, including an espresso machine, small refrigerator, as well as an electric kettle. Good amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice spread for breakfast provided. Easy on street parking across from the hotel - with purchased tickets during the day, free after 17:00. Accessible by several buses, with stops very close by. They have changing interesting art exhibits decorating the halls and staircase. All in all, an enjoyable stay. I would recommend and gladly return,

A pleasant stay. clean and fresh. friendly hospitality. Perfect location. in the heart of the old city of B.S. close to a good restaurant and walking distance to the city attractions and museums. Very good breakfast.

As an archaeologist and surveyor of ancient ruins I get to experience several hotels in the region, but few compel me to write 5-star reviews like the Negev Hotel in Be’ersheva. Its Old World charm, cleanliness, and hospitality are truly exceptional. The ruins of Tel Be’ersheva are very close by, and ancient Shivta is not too far away.

We were pleasantly surprised as we arrived, It's in a fairly grim street but from the moment we were welcomed by the amazing receptionist and other staff we were so glad to stay. Our room was beautifully appointed, and the Hotel is spotlessly clean. Wherever you look there is something interesting, from the art on all the walls, to the pretty, restful garden. There is free parking a block away and from this hotel you are able to reach all the main tourist attractions.

a hotel in a run down area of a city. We were surrounded by small home repair and food selling shops. Houses are in a dire condition. This is an area where you may go to buy something and leave. Average hotel, trying to market itself as a modern boutique hotel. It could work had it be in a different location

I stayed here for 1 night. I was in Be er Sheva to watch a UEFA Europa game. I arrived by train and walked to the hotel. It took me between 10-15 minutes. The hotel is located in the Old Town and the area doesn't look the best. But, please don't let this put you off. This hotel is a gem. Its small but a great find. The room I had had everything I needed for my stay. And the breakfast option and choice was superb. I caught a local bus to the Turner Stadium whichnus located on the edge of the City. The hotel is ideally situated for both the train and bus stations. If you're ever in Be er Sheva then I'd recommend this hotel.
