Customer service was awesome! Room was VERY clear and even smelled good when we walked in. I accidently left an item in the room ... just shortly after departing, they called me to let me know they had my item at the front desk. I have NEVER had that to happen before. If we are every back in Beebe, Ar. we will stay there again!

The rooms are very clean and the people here are very nice and willing to help in any kind of way. We visited this hotel when it was snowing and Mr.Patel and his people were nice enough to move the snow out of the way so we could drive to the parking spot. They have good high speed wifi and the tv works perfectly to find the channels you need. They have good lighting in the room as well. There are other hotels around this one that are not as clean and friendly but this one is the best one that I have stayed at in the are. I would definitely visit here again. Housekeeping actually show up and does their best unlike the other hotel I stayed at in beebe arkansas.

We've stayed at this hotel several times due to work. The rooms are clean, we have soap, shampoo, etc provided. The staff is always helpful and courteous. The beds are a little firm for my preference but I do get a good night's rest.

I wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last place. I reserved a room on Monday June 26th she told me it would be $110 plus $20 for each dog( I had 2) the night before we had bad storms in Cabot, AR which knocked out power to thousands of people on the 25th . I got there and they charged me $166.00 which was already ridiculous but I had no other options bc everyone was booked but the next day they tried to charge me almost $200. These folks where taking advantage of people and price Gouging folks bc they knew we were hopeless no a.c. no lights. These people should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. Hell the pool didn't work room smelled like perfume beds are hard as a brick not even worth it even if your not in a bad situation. I will be calling better business bureau. Go somewhere else folks.

Basic accommodations, but very clean, and quiet. Another local choice is closely bordered on two sides by busy roads. This place is only near one busy road, and is set-back with parking and a Waffle House buffer. It is obviously well maintained.

The hotel staff are amazing people they treat you like a friend and not just a customer! I had to work in the area and stayed a little over a month and my entire stay was great from amenities to overall environment! Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay, night or extended.
