Che dire. Ci ritorniamo sempre volentieri. Ospitali, gentili, attenti ai bisogni del cliente. Vogliamo parlare del ristorante? Il Top. Qualità e quantità qui sono un binomio indissolubile. Le camere pulite, confortevoli, silenziose e pulite. Non penso si possa pretendere di più da una vacanza. Arrivederci al prossimo anno che pensiamo avrà un ospite in più, la nostra nipotina. GRAZIE

- Tolles Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmer - Garagenstellplatz für Motorrad mit Pflegemöglichkeit - Sehr gutes Essen - Freundliches Personal - Top Location sehr schön am See gelegen - Gepflegter und gemütlicher Außenbereich lädt zum Draußensitzen ein Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Gesamtpaket stimmt hier einfach. Von meiner Seite ein Empfehlung! Ich werde wiederkommen!!!

Hotel in ottima posizione sul lago di Piazze. Le nostre camere erano state rimodernate di recente e insonorizzate benissimo. Molto buona la colazione, ottimo il buffet di verdure, piatti ben cucinati con vasta scelta di opzioni, e porzioni veramente abbondanti. Personale molto attento alle esigenze di tutti (noi e la nostra bimba di un mese siamo stati trattati con mille premure).

Hotel bellissimo sul lago, camere nuove e ben arredate e dotate di tutti i comfort e ben insonorizzate e molto pulite . la gestione segue con molto interesse l ospite e attenta ad ogni esigenza e nella formula della pensione completa ottima offerta sia nel Buffet che nel menu con un ottima qualita' nelle pietanze .

Abbiamo trascorso 4 gg all'hotel. Camere pulitissime, cordialità e celerità nei servizi (bar, richiesta cuscino in più, ecc) Colazione, pranzo e cena super abbondanti ma ottimo cuoco, tutto molto buono. E' stata la prima vacanza lontano da casa in 3, accessibilissima con passeggino. Mia figlia è in fase di svezzamento e lo staff del ristorante mi ha presentato sempre la tavola preparata anche per lei e riscaldato/preparato qualsiasi cosa prevedesse il "menu per lei". Che dire lo spirito del trentino si sente in ogni luogo, la gentilezza, l'empatia sono sempre al primo posto. Luogo ordinato, posizione strategica per giretti al lago e per chi volesse campeggiare c'è un ottimo camping sempre presso l'hotel. Torneremo. Grazie famiglia Andreatta e a tutto lo staff. Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti in questo hotel e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, sia per la cordialità e l' accoglienza riservata, sia per la pulizia dell' ambiente e l' ottima e abbondante cucina. L' hotel si trova in una posizione strategica per poter accedere al sentiero che porta al giro di due laghi, sentiero veramente accessibile a tutti..... Consiglio vivamente

Soggiorno splendido! Camera molto curata, con ottima vista sul lago e pulitissima. La cucina è davvero ottima! Ben gestito e piacevolissimo anche il bar, con ampio spazio anche all'esterno. Il miglior hotel nell'area di Baselga di Piné! Esperienza da ripetere!

Camere carinissime in tema con l aria fresca di montagna .Colazione super e cena varia con piatti locali che superano le aspettative .Luogo incantevole per una passeggiata intorno al lago .Saremmo rimasti ancora qualche giorno ma non mancheremo di tornare in compagnia delle ns moto.

Esperienza unica e ripetibile con tanto piacere. L'Hotel sorge in un luogo incantevole vicino al Lago delle Piazze. Ottima la camera e ottimo il cibo servito e presentato con cura e cortesia. Saremo sicuramente ospiti dell'Hotel il prossimo anno!!!
