The hotel had some sort of criminal activity going on.... Bedford police were stopping and harassing guests right in the lobby and hallways. I was questioned and accused of being someone named "Al" all while in front of my child. When I complained about this and the fact that even the pool was closed so my kid had no entertainment i was told by the night time supervisor that I would be refunded if I left. He even was nice enough to suggest a hotel close by that would be better. Then he rejected my request for a refund. It was a horrible experience for my entire family. They can keep the money they owe me. I'll never stay at this chain again

Not the best trip I've been on ... we were kicked out of our room and made to sit in the lobby so the cops could go look in the room . I found out that there was a murder a couple years ago on the third floor .. The front desk also told us when we checked out that we would get a call from the manager to see if there was anything they could do about us having to leave the room and after a couple days no call from the manager and i called there and the manager wasn't there again still
Til this day never got a call from the manager.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days, upon check-in, I received a text msg telling me my room will be cleaned every 3rd day. I went out next morning without stashing all my stuffs, however, the cleaning crew went into my room, changed towels and made the bed, also, they took my Sonicare toothbrush and the phone charging cables. When I reported to the front desk, they told me they’ll help me to locate my missing stuffs, they did recover my Sonicare in a trash bag(!),but never recovered my charging cable. Also, they never cleaned my room for the next 5 days. I don’t think I’ll go back to stay more than 1 night.

The staff here, especially Kim, are very friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful with ideas about what to do in the area.
I was disappointed that the spa was not open and the area around the pool was dirty. There was an old broken down truck in the parking lot with piles of tires in it.
Over all it was a good experience. I would recommend for anyone looking to stay in the area.

The door is coming apart a desk with no chair had to move couch because it was under tv and all there was was candy and dirty cereal no blankets only sheets in bed none for pull out couch so many people we waited 1 hr for breakfast and could never get it

General areas were clean and hallways wide. Hotel room was a mix of old and renovated—Liked the laminate flooring instead of carpet, TV was old and small and mattresses were old.
