The place has facilities: gym, pool... But we were only there for one night and didn't take advantage of it. Next time we wish we could stay longer. The breakfast buffet is good, especially honey and yogurt. Highly recommend. Every staff member is beautiful or handsome.

The hotel is lovely and spacious but weirdly some of the rooms are on the reception floor. We had the buffet breakfast which was ok but the staff were not very quick at replenishing the buffet items. My biggest annoyance with this hotel is the promise of a spectacular wellness area spa! When we arrived we were all looking forward to a massage in the spa facilities as advertised in their website… their ‘holistic experience’. the price list was out, the towels were out… but no staff! We spoke with reception who advised quite dismissively that their spa lady had left! There were no spa staff! There was no new staff arriving to fill the job (although I don’t understand how even one member of staff can run a ‘spectacular’ spa!! ). I appreciate it may be near out of season but to continue to advertise such amazing facilities with special offers ongoing on the website for massages…it’s laughable! If we had known the spa was shut we would have booked elsewhere 😡 total misrepresentation!!

Stayed at this hotel as part of a tour that was booked for me with a tour operator. As far as the room goes, it is ok. Nothing special. My review is mostly about the restaurant. The food was not good. Soup tasted like stuff you buy in a packet. Only the burger was ok. Fish was stale. You can’t get water with the food. You have to buy bottled water. Staff was also rude.

Food quality and choice was poor All food served at the main meal was cold or lukewarm. Breakfast was no better. We even tried the food at 6.30pm, opening time, we would not eat at this time by choice, but much the same. There was no show cooking, This was because there were less than 25 guests on HB. One evening when the restaurant was busier a pasta station opened but again very poor quality Definitely below standard for a TUI hotel in terms of food. Would definitely not go again

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our first holiday together. Our room was big, comfy and clean but the balcony was slightly dirty. The bathroom was small which meant that having a shower resulted in a slip and slide on the bathroom floor which is was quite dangerous. Lack of toilet roll too. The pool was really nice even though some tiles were missing. The breakfast is the standard hotel breakfast that gets quite repetitive as the days go on. Lunch at the hotel was not very nice and extremely overpriced, I would avoid. My boyfriend did enjoy the cocktails. Taxis into Budva were expensive €20 / €25 each way. The restaurants along the beach are okay but we found the food in Budva to be nicer. Again, slightly over priced for the quality of the meals. The service was quite poor. At check-in they didn’t inform us where the beds on the beach were located / how to get to the beach / or the times of meals. I don’t really think the hotel is worth the price we paid, but we enjoyed our holiday nonetheless. I would probably recommend staying in Budva town as there was more going on.

This hotel is gorgeous. We are here now after travelling 48 hours due to EasyJet incompetence but the hotel more than makes up for delays and transfer issues. Stunning location on hill-yes, lots of high rise hotels but not that many it ruins things. Staff are amazing. Sava on reception really helped us out on arrival and ensured we had amazing rooms despite getting here a day late. Double rooms are huge and if you get a sea view, it’s great sitting watching the beach-am here now writing review from balcony! Ignore the negatives-it’s spotless and welcoming. Couldn’t ask for more.

The most basic thing in this hotel is barely possible: to get a proper sleep. Because of architectal failure and no intent to change things the noise in the rooms is so lord that you can actually hear the Telephone of the receiptionist Desk while laying in your room. Everytime someone rings the Bell of the hotel gate.. you hear it. In your bed. Since sleep is not given all other aspects of the hotel can be ignored.

I have just arrived by plane. The management is very poor as they didn’t provide the room before 14:00 despite having vacant rooms. No one showed me the room or helped with the luggage. However, the restaurant is good, and the food is delicious, so thank you to the bar staff and manager.
