Boutique Hotel Zeta

I celebrated my birthday with a solo trip, dreaming of waking up to a sea view, so I booked the "premium sea view room." The warm welcome I received at the reception was truly admirable. thank you, Svetlana! The room was impeccably clean, and the maintenance staff ensured it stayed that way throughout my stay. I never had to ask for fresh towels, bottled water, or bed-making; they took care of everything seamlessly! The breakfast included in my hotel package was beautifully presented, fresh, and flavorful. Served from 8 to 11 AM, I was greeted by a lovely and attentive waiter who handed me the breakfast menu. Starting my day with a delightful cup of tea was a highlight. thank you to the Hotel Zeta restaurant team! On the morning of my birthday, I awoke to the stunning sea view, just as I had imagined. After enjoying breakfast, I indulged in more cozy sleep and a one hour spa session (including a sauna, Hammam, and jacuzzi), all included in the hotel cost. To top it off, I was surprised with a lovely cheese birthday cake. I had a wonderful time at Hotel Zeta! As a solo female traveler of African origin, I felt welcomed, well cared for, and confident that my hard earned money was spent in the right place.

We have just come back from 4 nights here. It is a lovely, modern and very clean hotel in a great location, however the service I received at breakfast was very rude and unprofessional. We had a set menu to choose from and this wasn't explained clearly. I asked for a English tea with cold milk separate but when I asked about the milk this seemed to amuse the waiter. It took a long time to receive the milk and my tea was cold. I also asked about brown bread, because I can't eat white, again met with smirking. It did arrive later. The next morning we ordered and again I asked for cold milk and brown bread but was told I couldn't have the brown bread today. My husband's breakfast arrived and he ate it. Mine didn't come for a long time,, I was left with tea, no milk and no breakfast. I had to ask several times if it was coming but I was again met with rudeness and no apology for the wait. I have never experienced such rude service in a hotel. It upset me so much we paid to eat out the next morning. Also when I asked for something from room service twice I was met with rudeness. My husband and myself are friendly, polite and chatty people. This is a shame because it's a lovely hotel and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I would not return or recommend to anyone if you like milk with your tea or brown bread!!

We absolutely loved this classy hotel, and had a great holiday. The Georgian restaurant where we also had breakfast next to the sea was excellent, and everyone was so hopeful. The only quibble is the price of the transit to the airport, which was a bit high. But the room was also very well-appointed, too.

Hotel is simply superb! The rooms are tastefully designed and waterfront views. Superb location with endless walking paths in both directions along the cliffs and beaches. Long strolls and crystalline swims as the water quality is better than nearby downtown beaches. The staff is exceedingly pro-guest, whether it was Svetlana at reception or Julia at hotel’s restaurant. My only concern with writing this review (while wishing to support a superior product and service), is unveiling a semi-hidden gem…which is also fairly priced and what one would expect to pay two or three times more in a similarly spectacular location.

We stayed in Hotel Zeta as a family for 4 nights. The hotel is located by the beach with access to many restaurants nearby. The staff were polite and professional. The hotel was clean and we would recommend this hotel. Mario from the front desk was helpful with local taxi, etc.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to assist me by keeping the front desk open after hours, finding an electrical converter, and setting up a taxi ride. The spa was magic.
