Hotel is simply superb! The rooms are tastefully designed and waterfront views. Superb location with endless walking paths in both directions along the cliffs and beaches. Long strolls and crystalline swims as the water quality is better than nearby downtown beaches. The staff is exceedingly pro-guest, whether it was Svetlana at reception or Julia at hotel’s restaurant. My only concern with writing this review (while wishing to support a superior product and service), is unveiling a semi-hidden gem…which is also fairly priced and what one would expect to pay two or three times more in a similarly spectacular location.

We stayed in Hotel Zeta as a family for 4 nights. The hotel is located by the beach with access to many restaurants nearby. The staff were polite and professional. The hotel was clean and we would recommend this hotel. Mario from the front desk was helpful with local taxi, etc.

The front desk staff went above and beyond to assist me by keeping the front desk open after hours, finding an electrical converter, and setting up a taxi ride. The spa was magic.

Becici Beauty We spent two nights at Hotel Zeta. A beautiful hotel on the water. Our room was wonderful with a sea view. The staff were super friendly and helpful right from check-in, restaurant and check-out. It is about a 10-15 minute drive from Old Town Budva and an hour walk along the waterfront with a very nice walkway. Breakfast was cooked to order from a select menu. Parking was okay as it was off season but would be a nightmare I am sure during the crowded summer months.We loved it here and would not hesitate to return.

It is impossible to find a parking space because the street where the hotel is located is narrow. The hotel staff told us that there was a valet service, but when we arrived after 9pm, they said that the valet was not working at that time (they did not give us such information when we came to the hotel), so we had to park our car ourselves. Since it was very difficult to find parking in those narrow streets, I had to pay 72 euros in 2 days at the nearby paid parking lot. Another issue is that they said that room service works until 12 noon. I said that I wanted cleaning at 11 o'clock but when I returned to the room in the evening, I saw that it had not been cleaned, in fact they had never even come to the room. And while I am experiencing these problems, I cannot find anyone with authority to talk to in the evening. I only have to deal with a security guard. As a result, if I had not paid my hotel fee in advance, I would never stay here for more than 1 night. And I will never stay here again and will tell everyone i know not to stay here either.

I will never ever go to this hotel again. First of all I arrived to the hotel at 13.50 PM. As mentioned on mu reservation check in is at 14PM. I was together with my friend. To whom I booked another room. hotel reception said one og the rooms are ready but the second one is not. And tolf me that the check in time is 15 PM. As long as I showed the reservation document a very rude unrespectfull answer I got. the room will get ready and you will wait untill 15 Pm. When we get room the room was at the first floor in which the view of the balcony was not matching with the pictures. And as long as it is written on my reservation we can leave at 12.30 PM they asked us to leave at 12 PM. I wanted speak with the manager they said will come tomorrow. Tomorrow I asked again they said again tomorrow. Overall neither the service nor the facilitie is good. I will never ever go to this hotel again.
