As we were travelling around Suffolk off/on road we weren’t sure where we would be so we’re delighted that Helen and Bob had availability in one of their shepherds huts with just a couple of hours notice. Helen was really helpful with a speedy set up and the complimentary milk, tea and just laid eggs were very welcome, not to mention the cupcakes 🧁 The hut had all we needed for a comfy night with the added joy of being surrounded by spring babies (lambs and piglets) We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a stay here.

What a wonderful weekend. Such a beautiful setting and lovely set up. Accommodation and facilities perfect for families and couples alike. Fantastic games/play equipment for all the family. Owners very friendly and helpful. We watched the lambs for hours and enjoyed the funny pigs!

The most beautiful stay, owners are very welcoming and friendly. The shepherds hut was outstandingly clean, supplies everything you could have needed. My favourite part was the games they had which was definitely effective on a bonding retreat. Thank you for having us! We will for sure be returning.

I had the best night sleep in a long time!!! It’s such a peaceful and relaxing place. Perfect for sitting out in the evening and enjoying dinner and a glass of wine! It was completely immaculate and had everything you needed. Lovely little extras including milk, eggs included. The grounds are very well taken care of. The owners kept in contact via email to ensure I settled in ok and to check if there was anything I needed. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Dawn Chorus was nothing short of delightful! The shepherd's hut was both comfortable and cosy, providing the perfect sanctuary. We especially enjoyed the wood-fired hot tub, the perfect way to unwind under the stars. With glorious weather throughout our visit, we truly felt at peace in this beautiful setting. The adorable pigs in the adjacent field were delightful companions, providing endless entertainment as we watched them play. It was a perfect escape, and we hope to return one day. Highly recommended!

The Shepherd's hut was fantastic. Everything you need and a cosy sanctuary when the rain is pouring down. Special mention for the delightful piggies that were pleased to see us whenever we went over to their pen. Thanks for a lovely stay. Andy and Dawn

Stayed in the shepherds hut this weekend, absolutely faultless, both Helen and Bob were on hand whenever we required, very easy to book with them, the site was immaculate as was the hut, could. It fault this at all. Will definitely be there again

What a beautiful place! We have just got back from a few nights at Dawn Chorus. Our Safari tent has everything we needed - our children absolutely loved the animals, especially collecting the eggs for our breakfast. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning again soon.
