Estrutura do hotel combinado com a localização "pé na areia". Vários ambientes e ao lado de uma "vila gastronômica" com boas opções de alimentação a noite. Wi-Fi funcionou bem e os preços do menu são justos. Meu quarto estava com um cheiro desagradável no banheiro, porém me trocaram de quarto e ainda elevaram o patamar sem custos. A maioria dos funcionários muito atenciosos, em especial o Lucas e o Junior (Gerente). Oferecem café da tarde, porém é bem simples. Café da manhã é muito bom, contando com frutas frescas e produtos preparados na hora (Tapioca, crepe, ovos e etc).

Se você busca descanso e tranquilidade, o Zebra é lugar. Minha noiva e eu passamos 7 dias no hotel e foi simplesmente incrível. As belezas naturais de Uruau são de tirar o fôlego: bem em frente à junção entre a Lagoa e a praia de areias finas e claras. A caminhada pela praia certamente marcará nossas memórias. Agradecemos a toda a equipe, especialmente Lucas e Ana - funcionários extremamente simpáticos - , David, George e Camila - que nos atenderam super bem no bar - Antônio Carlos e Gabrielle - super prestativos e que atenderam aos nossos pedidos durante toda a estadia -, Vani - cozinheira responsável pelo café maravilhoso do hotel -, e o gerente Junior, muitíssimo educado e extremamente cordial. Um ponto alto do Zebra é a privacidade. Ao mesmo tempo em que a equipe respeita muitíssimo a intimidade dos hóspedes, são sempre solícitos quando requisitados. Pessima experiência. Bar da piscina não tem cerveja gelada e fecha 19:00. Ar condicionado do quarto não gela o suficiente. Somente dois canais de TV abertos num aparelho SKY. 500,00 por pessoa jantar da virada para comer macarrão. Não tinha espumante Brut a meia noite brindamos com água. Total descaso pelo alto preço pago por 5 dias de hospedagem.

O ambiente é super agradável, área externa bem verde, limpa, contudo no quarto onde ficamos que seria o luxo com hidro, havia a janela de ar do banheiro que a qual dava visão pra varanda do quarto vizinho, totalmente sem privacidade, tivemos que colocar as toalhas pra tampar a visão.. .e a varanda é na lateral do quarto também sem privacidade, uma vez que a separação com outro quarto seria apenas por tábuas vazadas....mas o pessoal da recepção e demais funcionário são extremamente solícitos e atenciosos. Voltaria novamente e recomendo!
