Viagem foi longa após 7h de viagem, então esperava uma acomodação boa para descansar, porém o quarto não estava nas condições que esperava, cheiro de mofo muito forte, inclusive precisei dormir sem os lençóis disponibilizados devido o cheiro, tive problema com ar condicionado que estava pingando água e na madruga acordei com ele fazendo barulho como se tivesse explodido, também tive problema com a tv que não funcionava, em relação ao banheiro o chuveiro não saia água direito como se tivesse entupido e o vaso não parava de descer água. Essa foi a primeira impressão no primeiro dia, porém após uma conversa com a equipe, resolveram todos esses problemas e consegui aproveitar melhor o hotel, com muita comida disponível e as sobremesas estavam sensacional, piscina muito limpa e ótima para banho, só fiquei na vontade de testar a jacuzzi, porém só tinha 2 para todos dos hotel e estava sempre ocupada, mas no geral foi uma boa experiência e deixo como sugestão que os quartos sejam mais bem cuidados antes do hóspedes chegarem.

Um ótimo lugar pra descansar, e pra quem curte viagens em casal ou em família, estivemos no Coliseum e nos surpreendemos com tudo que foi proporcionado, uma boa variedade de comidas e bebidas. Quartos bem amplos e organizados, tivemos sorte de pegar um quarto com uma ótima vista, além disso toda a equipe do resort bem educados e atenciosos. Alguns pontos a melhorar seriam a maior agilidade no processo de check in, pois já fazemos um pré check in antes de chegar ao resort, mas menos assim enfrentamos filas demoradas na recepção, além disso acho que seria interessante que as jacuzzis fossem por reserva, uma vez que teria uma melhor organização, o resort também é um pouco afastado da cidade, mas esse problema é facilmente contornado pela possibilidade de fazer passeios de buggy pela região. Em geral é um ótimo lugar pra descansar com a família, com uma boa variedade de refeições, além do fácil acesso a praia.
