The trip was long after 7 hours of travel, so I expected good accommodation to rest, but the room was not in the condition I expected, a very strong musty smell, I even had to sleep without the sheets provided due to the smell, I had a problem with the air conditioning which was dripping water and in the morning I woke up with it making a noise as if it had exploded, I also had a problem with the TV that didn't work, in relation to the bathroom the shower didn't come out properly as if it had been blocked and the toilet wouldn't stop running water. This was my first impression on the first day, but after a conversation with the team, they resolved all these problems and I was able to make the most of the hotel, with lots of food available and the desserts were amazing, the pool was very clean and great for swimming, I just felt comfortable I had to test the jacuzzi, but there were only 2 for all of the hotels and it was always busy, but overall it was a good experience and I would like to suggest that the rooms are better looked after before guests arrive.

Gostei do local, funcionários bem atenciosos, exceto um, que usa uma touca preta na cabeça, atende super mal os hóspedes, super mal educado, parece que está fazendo um favor para os clientes, informei que iria falar com o gerente sobre o atendimento do mesmo, ele disse “pode ir”. A gente paga um valor caro para ser bem tratado e acaba sendo destratado por um funcionário que parece não estar satisfeito com o trabalho. Acredito que muitas pessoas esperam oportunidade de trabalhar neste lugar, e acabam selecionando pessoas erradas.

Lugar maravilhoso para descansar. Piscina gigante e comidas muito variadas e gostosas. São lugares como este que adoramos ir passear sempre que podemos. E aqui em Beberibe é o melhor lugar que existe. Perfeito. Pode vir que será muito bem vindo
