Quality Inn & Suites North Lima - Boardman

I was in Lima OH when I mistakenly booked a stay in North Lima . I was tired from working all day and thinking North Lima was the north side of Lima not a totally different city. When I should up 5 minutes later to the hotel I assume I booked since it was only 2 miles from my location at 10:30 at night . The hotel manager let me know about the mix up. I will never use this provider for any bookings nore will I stay in a Quality Inn. I purchased a stay that night being the one I accidentally booked was over 200 miles away. I really hope these 2 companies go out of business with practice to screw over customers the only way they make any income. Shouldn't take long.

A good stop This hotel is very comfortable and the staff is very nice. It is not new or fancy, but I would stay here agin. It does the trick.

ok if you are looking only to sleep... The water was shut off and I had to go ask to get a shower... They told me they thought everyone checked out? They didn't know they still had guests.. The first day, no one came in to make beds or clean up?... the second morning they came in and cleaned the resteoom because we were still sleeping, but never returned later to make the beds... good thing I make my bed on my own.... Otherwise it was not a bafd stay... beds were comfortable

THE PROS AND CONS Prior to arriving I had several conversations with Saa. She was always professional, pleasant, friendly and helpful. She's an excellent representation for your business. Upon our arrival we found our TV not working. James came to our room and corrected the problem immediately. He was pleasant, professional and quick to apologize for the inconvenience and resolved the TV problem right away. On Saturday, a very busy day, Dana took care of greeting customers with a smile and pleasant attitude. Whether they were coming or going. As well as replenishing food, drink, and supplies for the breakfast area. She's amazing. Sara, James and Dana deserve a reward for their five-star customer service. Now the facility does not receive high remarks! -room very small, hence no room for luggage, trash can.. -TV not working when we first arrived -pillows small -no place to sit, read, or write -ODOR in room (maybe carpeting) -smoke detector hanging from ceiling A one-night stay o.k. longer to tight in space. If I were on vacation, it wasn't relaxing. -room toilet not clean at back of lid near the screw area -downstairs bathroom near front desk smelled liked urine I have stayed at the Holiday Inn and probably when return there next visit.

Staff friendly. Bed comfortable, but had 1/2 size pillows. Asked at desk for additional pillows and they were provided. Property a bit shabby. Area quite noisy. Room small. Bathroom door hinges very rusty, bathroom ceiling showing water damage. Breakfast area trash full and smelly. Hot water was not evident for tea or instant hot cereal but desk person explained where the dispenser was across the lobby.

Clean, staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good. I’m Stayed 2 nights and it was just what I needed.
