This i a a very nice, yet basic “motel” type room. It is close to food and a grocery store. Room was clean and

This hotel is very poor. There is no air con and I had no fan in my room so it was warm. The bed was clean and comfortable but the towels were rough. There was hardly enough toilet rolls and I was on my own. The shower leaked onto the floor. There was a desk and chair. Breakfast was OK, a reasonable choice but ran out of supplies. It seemed a bit dodgy in the area as one of our party in another room was offered ***** and I didn’t feel completely safe.

Ok for a 1 night stop over. It's like an ordinary motel with very basic amenities. Staff helpful though.

No air con, shady characters hanging around the hotel, uncomfortable bed. My bathroom heater was also a fire risk and billowed smoke! The staff found that paper had been stuffed into it! Staff were friendly and helpful but they are extremely let down by the hotel itself. Avoid!

Much worse standard than in Campanile Clermont Ferrand ale Brezet; room was not properly cleaned, worse choice for breakfast

Everything was good except for the fact that the fire alarm went off at 4.30 a.m.
We weren't told we could go back into the room. Earlier I asked for some extra milk and was very pleased to be given real milk rather than little sachets. We didn't have breakfast as it seemed a little expensive.

Pour une nuit, ça va mais pas plus. Chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionne pas, dans une chambre double ET pour "handicapés" c'est lamentable. Odeur nauséabonde dans le coin sanitaire (vu que la chasse d'eau ne fonctionne pas, assez compréhensible. Le minimum serait de contrôler le fonctionnement des sanitaires avant de donner une chambre.

Nous sommes une famille de 5 (enfants 8, 7 et bientôt 3 ans), pas simple de trouver une chambre pour une famille nombreuse! Cela a été rendu possible grâce à la chaine Campanile et 2 chambres de 2 places avec porte communicante, tip top + un lit parapluie prêté très gentille-ment. Le personnel (de la prise de rendez-vous à la remise des clefs le jour du départ) a toujours été très aimable. L'espèce de petit sas (entre la porte puis celle de la chambre) est très bien pensé. Je mets un avis "moyen" car les rideaux de la chambre étaient jaunis et un petit coup de rafraichissement serait la bienvenu dans les chambres (couche de peinture fraiche et un petit cadre déco) de quoi mettre un petit coup de jeune ;-) Un vas et vient au niveau des interrupteurs seraient également idéale. Voilà pour nos remarques ;-)
