We had booked to enjoy the indoor pool due to the overwhelming heat, but were unable to use it, the water was so cold, the people who were there were as disappointed as we were. So that was the end of this hotel for us.

Small room, even smaller bathroom but the dramatic thing is the zero soundproofing…. Spring break week, lots of families with children…. But the dramatic thing is listening to someone walking above your room and being afraid by the really loud noise that the one walking on your head could fall…. We complained to the reception and the response was… “in the wooden bathroom have earplugs”… already arranged before…. By the way… as soon as you arrive they block 100 dollars as a deposit But when you leave…. It depends on the banks for the time needed to get the 100 dollars credited back… First and absolutely last time you will see me…

This hotel is very well located, just a few km from Old Quebec. We enjoyed the city's attractions, museums and shopping centers. as well as the Hotel swimming pool. Our teens loved it!!!!! We come from Saguenay. Thanks to the staff!!!!
