B&B Hotel Beaune Sud 1 Palais des Congrès

The room was small, no airplanes, just like a motel, breakfast was just bread, bacon and eggs, lots of drinks, it didn't feel economical to stay here. Prices in Europe are so high, there is nothing to eat around the hotel, only a Subway.

I travel through Europe often and when I'm just passing through for one night I usually choose this hotel chain, unfortunately it was the worst I've stayed in to date. The staff does not speak English, the hotel does not have a pleasant appearance, the room assigned was 117 which was very small, dated, with the light on it was possible to see the dust, the a/c did not work, the shower was half open which It's not practical, the toilet cistern made an annoying noise after leaking and filling for several minutes. The window in the room is incredible, it was sealed with what I think were napkins, for a customer who is a loyal member I think they should have a little more consideration. At breakfast I asked if there was ham, they told me that it was just bacon, it's very bad, there was only 1 slice of cheese, despite it being the same hotel chain there is a huge difference between Germany and France.
