Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They were remodeling, so no pool or fitness center. Restaurant was understaffed, over an hour wait for food.

There were several issues with this property, the first is that the lobby, pool and gym were under construction and we were not notified of this until about an hour before check in. The second issue was how hot the 3rd floor was and our room. It took a solid 24 hours after check in of our ac running on the coldest setting to get it to a reasonable temperature. The room sink also has a substantial leak under the cabinet so we couldn't use the kitchenette sink. Another issue was out of 4 floors of laundry machines only 2 washers and one drier worked and when we went to get quarters to use the machine (we had been at the beach so we had a lot of wet clothes) the front told us they had no quarters and didn't have a way for us to get any (at this point it was pretty late so banks were closed). I will say the staff were all very nice and the hotel was relatively quiet and clean.

As soon as you arrived on the campus, you could see all of the containers. Upon enter the lobby there were construction areas and signage. There was only one check in person. I was number 4 in line. Able to hear 2 individuals in front of me with 2 complaints. There was only one elevator working. Drain stopper not held shower water. After all of the above decided not to eat breakfast. Will do photos in the future for any hotel stays.

No information about remodel, lack of pool/workout room (came down to ask where workout room was and was told to walk across two parking lots and use the one in a different hotel..), room did not feel clean, TV remote was greasy and very cheap (no guide or info button).I felt that if they were in the middle of a remodel and amenities that were advertised were not available, a discount should have been given.

The property was under renovation which we did not find out about until we arrived. There was only one working elevator. I had two rooms and one of the a/c's only blew warm air.

The clerk was very friendly. However, the room we were assigned had not been cleaned so we were given a different room. We went to eat in the restaurant for supper and waited about 5 minutes and no one came to wait on us. Needless to say, we left. The fan was broken on the AC unit.

This property was horrible. Not only was the lobby area a sight for sore eyes because of renovations, as soon as I walked in my room and turned on the lights there were baby roaches everywhere. They were crawling on the beds, the walls, dead ones in the cabinet, and crawling on the toilet. I left immediately and requested a refund. Highly DO NOT recommend.
