Bonjour j y suis passé en début juin le 3 et 4, chambre correct, mais l acceuil de la personne du matin ,pas vraiment aimable,deplus je pouvais me reposer jusqu'à a 12h mais a 11h40,il y a eu une alarme pour nous faire comprendre certainement qu il fallait partir, alors c est vrai c est pas trés cher mais c est pas une raison.

Nous sommes fort étonnés des avis négatifs sur cet hôtel...que les personnes aillent dans une autre chaine d hôtel (que nous avons du hélas utiliser ces derniers jours...) et ils verront ce que c est qu un hôtel délabré, bruyant et mal fréquenté... Pour notre part nous avons eu un séjour parfait = chambre claire et relativement spacieuse, très propre , aucun problème avec la salle de bain Très calme. Grand parking. 4 prises électriques (il nous est arrivé d en avoir qu une...) Rien à redire. Petit bémol : grand lit, spacieux mais matelas un peu ferme... Nous reviendrons

The first night was very good, but the second night was not working to get back to the room at 23:30. (Bravo technology). We called the hospital, the young night watcher told us he couldn't do anything for us and the boss didn't answer the phone. We waited until 1:00 a.m. to finally have the choice of sleeping out in the car (when we paid our room for the night) or pay a night of additional hotel (first class in front). Results I paid a fortune: €63 for a first class to sleep only from 1:30 a 7h. We have only been paid back the room at the campanile a €49. As we knew our stuff were in the room of the clock that we couldn't open, so I had to sleep in the first class without pygama, without demaquilling, without being able to slice my teeth, without a telephone loader, The least thing is to reimburse us for the two nights we have to pay for redressing this damage suffers (paid room but not accessible and in addition to the business in : The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. Located as it is, this hotel is very handy for the main TGV trains and also the local tram service. The bedroom we had was perfectly acceptable, well appointed with modern en-suite facilities (shower, no bath). We did not opt for the breakfast at just under €10 and instead went next door to the excellent boulangerie for croissants and coffee. Whilst we were there, most of France was enjoying a heatwave and, we had the use of a powerful fan, rather than air conditioning. We would stay again.

The Novotel Angers Centre Gare Hotel is a clean and contemporary hotel, however we felt it lacked ambience. The hotel is located right next to the Angers Gare, and while it may be convenient for those travelling to the Novotel Angers Centre Gare Hotel by train, the hotel does offer car parking at the Angers Gare car park, which is operated by an independent operator, and the hotel does offer a discounted rate for the car park. The Novotel is within a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Angers and about a 10 minute walk to Angers Castle, both of which are in two different directions of the hotel. The room we had was spacious, with a double bed, in-room safe, room-control air conditioning, very small wardrobe, fridge and kettle with basic tea and coffee. Sparkling water was the only beverage provided in the room and not plain water for the kettle, nor milk and only paper cups!! The block-out curtains worked well at night, although you could hear the train, however our room overlooked the train station. The bathroom had a bath step-in-shower and the shower pressure for the hot water was poor, and there was limited space on the bathroom vanity to spread out hair appliances etc. The in-room phone didn’t work, so we had to make our way down to reception to ask for an ironing board and iron. Bath robes and slippers weren’t supplied. The buffet breakfast was an additional cost, although it did offer a good selection of hot and cold, savoury and sweet menu, which was nice. If you're looking for a basic, clean and convenient no-frills hotel, then the Novotel Angers Centre Gare Hotel, could be for you!
