We loved our stay at Lago Linda Hideaway! We stayed for a week with our two young children who had a blast exploring the trails, lake, and pond on this beautiful property. The first two nights we stayed in one of the small cabins which was comfortable and kept us nice and warm with its space heater. The one room cabin had a trundle bed, futon, microwave, mini fridge, Tv, toaster and hot plate as well as the space heater mentioned above. Our campsite for the rest of the week was #3 in piney woods, a nice camp site with a raised platform, picnic table and fire ring and a few trees for hanging our hammocks. The camping sites in piney woods are somewhat close together but there are also fields where you can set up camp in a more dispersed area if you desire. The bath houses were simple but had what we needed and there was an outlet and water spigot right at our camp site which was great. About 25 minutes to drive to the natural bridge state park or Daniel Boone national forest for great hiking. The hosts were wonderful and flexible. They accommodated us for our first two nights with a cabin when we got nervous about our kids staying in the cold weather as we had originally planned to camp the whole time since they had a last minute cabin cancellation. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back!

What a beautiful campground. So spacious. We had our class A here for about 5 days. The people in the office and around the park were so helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this campground to travelers in this area. So much to see and do around here

We camped at Lago Linda for the Red River Scramble event. We were in a fifth wheel RV. The facility is a hidden treasure. Kind and helpful owners, and a wonderful place with tons to explore. We had 30amp service and water, dump station on site. Delicious meals at the cafe, beautiful views, and staff willing to assist with absolutely anything. Truly the nicest people i have had the pleasure of meeting in a very long time. 4 days didn’t seem enough, so we look forward to our next trip to continue exploring.

They had a little camp store, dry wood and ice ice baby! There was plenty of room between sites. Nice Cabins and a lake that was easy to navigate, and lots of fish to catch. Relaxing and away from road noise. There were two covered pavilions that campers could use to gather and visit with each other. There were also horse turnouts that the owner allowed us to stay underneath with our tents! There was an indoor area where you could go to play games or watch some TV. The bathrooms were clean and stone road clear of any major potholes. The RV site were few but the fact that there was water and electric hookups in such a remote area was a total plus. No price gouging here. They are still building an adding on to what was there when they bought it. The new owners are what makes this place so great. They care and come by to check on you or to just say hello. If you are a motorcycle camper, do not hesitate to book with Lago Linda. The roads are phenomenal to ride and may sites to see on two wheels. Stop at the Wig Wam Drive In for breakfast is you get the chance. I am so glad to have stayed here and I am looking forward to coming back. The new owners are definitely hard-working honest people. They are fixing up a place that was in a bit of disrepair. 5 stars all the way.

My group of street and off-road riders had a great time here. The owners are on site and keep everything clean and open. Great showers and bathrooms, RV, tent and electric sites. Cabins are nice & more are coming soon. The lake was fun to fish in. The breakfast Cafe was a welcome treat. There are also pavilions and an indoor spot for general use. We're coming back next year!

Very nice, clean and friendly campground. Lots of room to move. Lilly and her husband were fantastic hosts! Bike and motorcycle trails nearby. Whatever supplies you may need…anything you may have forgotten…they seem to have it! Water and electricity available at sites, too.

Perfect weekend trip. The campground is very well maintained and the bathhouse is very clean. The women who run the cafe are super helpful and kind. There is a dish washing station which is a great ammenity. Also great to be among so many climbers!

This was a perfect weekend getaway! We stayed in campsite 3 in Piney Woods. Our campsite had a raised platform with electric & water for $20 per night. It was nice and shady, quiet, and beautiful. They have kayaks for use on the lake & fishing/swimming are also available. They have a cafe that serves breakfast & dinner. There are two bath houses, a community pavilion, and an indoor area to use Wi-Fi & play cards & etc… We did not stay in the cabins but they have several and they are lakefront!
