I told the receptionist (a man) that the room he gave me was giving me a lot of stress, and he seemed annoyed and said, ”whatever ” instead. A group of people with children arrived, and were noisy, and it can all.be heard inside the room. After midnight, since my room was facing the parking lot, a car alarmed ever so loudly for less than 2 minutes and it was a disrupted night. The the room was very clean but the amenities are bad which made my experience a nightmare. The breakfast served was a delight. The staff were very welcoming except for the man who checked me in."
