The hotel is in the Chinese style I like, with good facilities and its own hot spring bath in the room. The overall service of the hotel is good and it is suitable for family living. The only drawback is that the catering service is not up to par. It was the Spring Festival holiday during our stay, so it is understandable that the hotel hosted a banquet, but this cannot be used as a reason to refuse hotel guests from dining. They actually told the guests that they were too busy and there were many food options nearby, so they asked us to eat outside. We value the quality of hotels when we stay in them, and of course we also hope to pursue the hotel's environment and services when dining. After much persuasion, they agreed to delay the meal. I have never encountered a five-star hotel restaurant treating the dining needs of hotel guests like this. There is room for improvement and enhancement in this regard.

The hotel's second-phase construction site is right next to the guest rooms, and construction was going on day and night (various construction site equipment was being constructed at night until the morning, and then a new group of female workers would yell and make noise at the door) and it was impossible to sleep. I booked the most expensive room type in the hotel. The toilet smelled bad and the air conditioner outlet made abnormal noise. The bathroom is like an ice cellar. The disposable masks worn by the restaurant waiters were all dark and pilling. We arrived at around 12 am on the first day of our self-driving tour. We finished cleaning up at almost 2 o'clock. We were so noisy by the construction at the construction site that we couldn't sleep at all. Because it was quite late, we waited until the next day to report the situation to the hotel. It was still after 12 am the next day. During construction, I contacted the front desk and was told that the construction would only last for an hour, but it turned out to be a whole night. It was said that we should change rooms. We were driving by ourselves and had a lot of luggage. I was the only one with a child. Changing rooms suddenly in the early morning was too troublesome. I just endured it and thought about leaving as soon as dawn. The stay for these two days was a nightmare. After I repeatedly refused at the final checkout, the hotel insisted on giving us a free lunch of more than 100 yuan as compensation. The only thing I can say about this hotel is that the girl at the front desk has a very good service attitude. Nothing else. As far as the second phase of construction is concerned, the hotel currently does not meet the business conditions at all. I don’t recommend everyone to stay here. You won’t be able to have a good rest at all.

開車自駕遊，住了這麼多酒店，這家酒店孩子最喜歡，園林式的綠化，很舒服。帶倆孩子，酒店專門安排的床可以合併起來。不用擔心孩子掉落。服務態度超讚，發自內心的熱情服務。單獨點了餐味道也很贊。住的很舒心，下次還會來，長途旅行會中途為酒店專門停留一下。

巴中乃寶藏小城，恩陽花間堂更是園林酒店典範。位恩陽古鎮入口，均是二層庭院式古典建築，房間較大，衞生潔具是德國唯寶。酒店早餐可口，晚間有甜羹湯，大堂還有冷萃茶。最貼心的是洗衣服務，收衣洗衣送衣到房間，贊贊贊！期待下一次！！
