最近天氣也冷了，酒店還沒開熱空調，最後説的物業沒開，被子還是夏天的涼被。早上退房的時候就給服務員講了房間要退到，中午的時候房間還沒退。房間東西忘了拿回了酒店大堂，讓送一下最後的理由就是忙稍等一下，我自己上來拿了又不見服務員。真的是沒有大堂副理的不足

出差來住酒店的，當時前台小姐姐特別好給我還升級房型了，房間有浪漫布置的，酒店早餐種類也比較多，我在減脂期也可以吃很健康的早餐，還可以讓廚師煮小麪，環境很不錯，特別點贊前台的服務，細心到位

特別喜歡這個酒店的香薰味道，一進酒店就可以聞到，還有洗護產品的味道，這次出差還帶了幾瓶走，酒店的床很大很軟，前台還給免費升級了房型，設施很智能，小度可以開關很方便。

這個酒店非常的乾淨，然後停車也比較方便，然後樓下是萬達廣場也是屬於商業圈前台的服務特別好，比王府井那邊的那個戴斯酒店好多了，

酒店大堂很大氣，但是房間不太好。當時給我的第一個房間，我一進門，一股煙味撲面而來。聯繫換房，換到隔壁，煙味還是很重。服務員告訴我是因為他們洗地毯，洗液的味道。説實話，我從來沒有聽説過洗地毯的味道竟然跟煙味一樣。後來再換房，煙味好一點了，我就接受了。一個酒店如果允許客人吸煙，那就做好清掃工作。第二，前台未告知自助餐廳早餐時間，第二天我打電話的時候就已經結束了。另外我用攝像機模式掃描了酒店的每個角落，然後在房間的空調面板的右下角發現了一個和攝像機像頭的紫紅點，我懷疑是針孔攝像機，但是考慮到之前的問題太多，我就沒有反饋，然後用毛巾擋了一下。酒店隔音效果不好，走廊裏小孩跑來跑去的聲音，大人們説話的聲音好大，一大早把我吵醒了，真的很失望。
