酒店服務效率很高，辦理入住和退房手續迅速，員工能夠快速響應客人需求，解決問題。酒店的位置非常便利，交通非常方便，房間的設施也非常新，整體感覺非常不錯。酒店的服務態度非常好，房間非常乾淨整潔，讓人感到非常滿意！

服務態度極差，延時退房也不通知。房卡直接權限取消也不電話詢問，是否還續房。房間裏面洗漱用品不齊全。

我攜程訂的閃住，為啥到店服務人員還要收取我的按金？雖然按金退了，但是體驗真的不行。攜程用了這麼久，每次訂閃住都是隨來隨去，還是第一次被收取按金的。下次不會選擇這家酒店了。
