We had a great experience at the hotel with our 6&8 years old kids. The food was amazing and there was so much to do. We are definitely coming back. Highly recommend

Pros: very nicely thought out hotel, with large well organised rooms, lots of amenities, good gym, several outdoor and indoor pools, playgrounds, a small stream to play in, great indoor playground for little ones, kids club. Lots of great sports activities for adults and kids. Kids club has different activities in the mornings and afternoons. Overall you can leave your kids with them between 10:00 and 17:00. They technically take kids from 3 years old, but our diaperfree 2 years 2 months old could also stay with the other kids, on his own or with us. mountains all around, conveniently located, 5min walk to town and train station, with very convenient connections to nearside lake, villages and Munich (1.5h). Cons: and these really bothered me a lot : 1. you can smoke pretty much anywhere on the outside. We couldn't air out our room because it immediately filled up with smoke from the surrounding balconies, same applies to the terrace near the swimming pools. The hotel should be smokefree, and people should be allowed to only smoke in a designated small area out front, where they won't bother all the guests who don't want to inhale smoke. 2. The internet in the room wasn't working. Given that we have two small kids, we couldn't exactly just leave them on their own in the evenings and at the same time could not work or do anything that was related to internet (neither wifi nor 3/4G) working. Overall it was a nice stay, I would and will recommend the hotel to our friends. We have not yet decides whether we d come back ourselves.

She had a blast at the kids club and i got to get fit and relax joining the fitness programme, sauna and massage. The buffet is great, live music and magic show as well. We will surely come back as soon as possible !

Another gorgous stay at the Familiehotel in Bayrischzell, this time in winter time. We had been once before in August 2022 and were delighted to find our February halt term trip 2023 equally enjoyable, fun packed and relaxing. Fantastic staff, great family set up and fun skiing. We all loved it, 5 Stars!

Sehr schönes Hotel für Kinder, Kinderbereich super, besonders die Kletterwand hat unseren Kinder (5 und 3 Jahre) mega gefallen. Die Kinderbetreuung ist sehr liebevoll und abwechslungsreich gestaltet durch Bastel Aktivitäten, Kino Nachmittag etc. Unseren Kindern hat es gefallen. Das Zimmer war für meinen Geschmack nicht optimal gestaltet, da das Nachtlicht (im Schrank montiert) genau auf der Höhe vom Babybett (unseres 6 Monate alten Kindes) war. Zudem war das Babybett genau hinter dem TV, keine gute Lösung. Im Badebereich hat mir eine Möglichkeit für Babys gefehlt, z.B. Schaukel Wiege, Laufstall etc. Das sind aber nur Kleinigkeiten. Das Essen war super und die Auswahl ebenfalls. Alle waren sehr nett. Und hat es sehr gut gefallen und kommen bestimmt wieder :-)

Nach einigen Aufenthalten diesmal vor Weihnachen in fast leerem Hotel. Leider reduzierte Speisen und Unterhaltung, bei vollen Preis.

Ich war bereits das zweite Mal hier zu unseren Weihnachtstagung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt - mir ist es nur etwas zu warm. Ist aber völlig i.O., da es sich schließlich um ein Familienhotel handelt und die Kiddies brauchen es warm. Von daher alles gut👍

Super Lage nah bei München für ein verlängertes Wochenende, schöne Familienaktionen (gemeinsame Wanderung, Schneekugeln basteln, Plätzchen backen), leckeres Essen (Fleisch und Fisch trotz Buffet gut gegart), Getränke und Eis dauerhaft zugänglich (lieben die Kids), Schwimmbad völlig ausreichend. Leider wurden die Handtücher am Zimmer 2 Tage hintereinander nicht aufgefüllt, trotz Hinweis. Den "Fehler " an 2 Tagen hintereinander fanden wir schwierig Die Rezeption hat uns dann natürlich ausgeholfen und neue gebracht, erwarte aber bei dem Preis, dass sowas nicht 2× passiert.
