Stayed for quick weekend trip to visit family. Easy check in, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable! I’d definitely stay here again.

I mean I’ve stayed in worse?
First off the lady who checked us in was very rude about the group who checked in before us saying “ I hate peiple like that they never speak English.” You work in hospitality that is not okay. That’s not how you talk about guests. If you don’t like serving people who don’t speak English or not well English I would find another job. Also the sheets were dirty when we came In. The breakfast also was not good the food was dried out and the waffles were not good and had a bad after taste as if the batter was not stored properly

The front desk lady was amazing! She provided us with board games and cards that night to play with our family in the room. She was a great personality and had us laughing from moment we arrived to check in. The breakfast was nice! Would recommend! Great place

The microtel was clean and comfy for a last minute change to our stay in Houma after another hotel told us we couldn’t check in to a previously made reservation due to their key system being down.

No HOT water no clean towels and wash cloths. Laundry room was nasty. Our room wasn’t cleaned had so much hair on the window bed and behind the toilet.

Had my door cracked for a few minutes while doing my makeup because my son went down the hallway, room was dusty and for sure crusty- had to use an inhaler. Staff member opened the cracked door and accused me of smoking when using an inhaler. She said “there’s no smoking in here” I was caught off guard and said “uhh ok”
Well now we haven’t gotten our incidental fee back. Personally feel like this was an huge invasion of privacy on the hotels part, looking to blame someone for the dirty bathrooms, sheets, etc.
