Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel. Also, the bar and restaurant are super convenient, and the food was delicious! Friendly service as well.

Over 20 yrs member too. Received the amenity points at check in - my husband was on there too as he arrived before me. Then they decided to switch the reservation to his name. We never received the points on either name. Spoke to several people who promised to fix it and would receive email or call back - never happened. So beware you might not get points. We have stayed here about 6 or 7 times but we have chosen somewhere else going forward. The hotel itself is just ok - things seem to always be not working or unorganized.

Staff was amazing! Check in was smooth! I don’t understand why renovate a pool in the summer? Like we had 40 volleyball players and no pool. Other that it was great. Oh wait the elevator is scary! Makes funny sounds and just seem like that should be renovated

A little disappointed in our stay. It’s a nice hotel and the staff was friendly. The room was clean but the air conditioning did not work well. The room didn’t get below 77F Had purchased breakfast with th room reservation but the server was a no show and no breakfast was available. Staff apologized but no discount or refund was given.

Pros Nice hotel, Spacious Room - Excellent view, front desk staff apologetic for mistakes, restaurant staff friendly; workout room comfortable; convenient location. Cons Check-In: Protocol not followed.. Never looked at ID or credit card as initially presented upon my approaching front desk. I repeatedly explained type room on my reservation.. Clerks repeatedly checked their records, informing me that my room wasn’t ready… they mistakenly had me wait over an hour past check-in before cross-referencing my ID with my reservation. My reserved room had long been ready. Payment: Double charged for the room. Had to call my bank, upload verification of receipt of first payment (Priceline) to dispute the charge of second payment to have amount refunded to my account. Restaurant: Hamburger raw inside. Pool: Nonfunctional - Out

Marcella was pleasant! Great service at the bar as well. please hurry and fix the pool. I enjoyed the room set up. it has plenty of lengthy mirrors and pillows. It was really busy at check in but the greeter was nice and well composed. rooms were clean and towels were replaced daily.
