Very nice hotel very friendly service staff listening very professional I recommend with eyes closed

With four friends on 4 motorcycles stayed at the Hotel, which is a typical hotel/motel on the edge of town. Greeted by a lovely lady receptionist who was very friendly, charming and polite. The hotel Provided safe parking in a locked and secure Car park overnight. Basic rooms, but clean. Typical French basic breakfast which served its purpose. Not the Ritz, but not Ritz prices It did the job.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, even though we only could stay just the one night. The room was excellent and we would certainly recommend it. If we pass this way again we’ll be back !

Room was great. Very quiet, good bed, so hence good sleep quality. I had a view to the cathedral, which was great. My room had a small entrance with an additional door, so no noise from the hall. Room was cozy and well furnished. Would love to stay here again. The hotel is centrally located in the middle of the old town of Bayonne, so in walking distance to everything.

We were in a family room, the best independent beds for children. It is extremely optimized space, it is very narrow everything in the room. The bed is comfortable. There is no big traffic, one plane by night and another by morning, enough to break your dream. Also the smiles of neighbors were heard. It is badly illuminated, there is no light. The rooms are on the second floor, and there is no lift or mountain, you have to get up the bag on the pulse. Le Bayonne is situated on the river and offers nice views, if you have a room on this side. The room was not the most spacious, but comfortable non-the-less. Loved having a parking lot available. It is normally quite expensive to park, but because we were there in October, it was free! Nice surprise! Breakfast left something to be desired for the price. And, the restaurant is kind of hit and miss. The location is not central to the old town, but is a pretty reasonable walk.
