Excellent Front desk service, very friendly & Located in main happening place

ANNONCE MENSONGERE: vous vendez une chambre de 17 à 24 m2 avec un lit queen size pour 231€ les 2 nuits du 13 au 15 aout 2022 Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre d'à peine 11 m2 (juste la place de faire le tour du lit), un lit de 140, salle d'eau minuscule avec abattant de wc qui ne tient pas et pommeau de douche qui ne tient pas non plus sur la barre de douche (ce que l'on a signalé à la reception) La chambre n'était pas une classic mais une basic à 110€ la nuit (voir photo) Apparemment, nous ne sommes pas les premiers à nous plaindre (dixit la reception) Que comptez vous faire pour nous dédommager ???? Et on espère un peu plus que la différence de prix soit 11€ !!!!!

Do you want to spend a weekend in central Bayonne without using your car? The perfect place... closed and secure parking, on foot you are just a stone's throw from the market halls and pedestrian streets. THANKS

We had a very good stay, the welcome was very pleasant. The only downside was having to book the Hammond an hour in advance, for a one-night stay we weren't able to take advantage of it.

This hotel definitely does not have 4 stars, at most it has three. Extremely small but clean room. Well located.

Close to the center, room and pool a little small, in Spain it would correspond to 3 stars. Very friendly staff. Complimentary water daily. comfortable beds

Quiet location not far from the center of Bayonne. Parking 5€/day perfect. Nice view of the Nive. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Helpful and pleasant staff at all hours. On the other hand, classic room very small and without air conditioning. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired: poorly cleaned floor, stains on the sheets, only two towels and a carpet are in the bathroom. Toilet paper dispenser installed too close to the toilets, we hit our ribs and back. The quality and thickness of the bath towels, the quality of the sheets, the bedding and the cleanliness are absolutely not worthy of a 4 star.

Nice hotel in convenient location offering good value. Excellent staff on front desk. Didn't like the beat music from the nightclub just across the river, surely there must be planning regulations against it. Probably not so bad in summer when foliage on the trees.

Friendly staff and hotel is walking distance from old town with cathedral, shops and restaurants. Will be back.

Lovely Hotel. Great position. Spacious room. Would have been nice to have in room tea and coffee facility and possibly BBC news channel available. We would happily stay again.

Lovely hotel in a good location for walking around the town. The room was spacious and clean. Room and hallway smelled fresh. We had a small issue with leaking from the ceiling near the air conditioning unit. We reported this to the front desk and it was resolved later that day. The bed was very comfortable. I would have preferred a double bed over two singles pushed together but otherwise very nice room. The bathroom was clean and the shower was decent size with a nice little shelf to hold items. Parking was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful and multilingual. The breakfast buffet was very good, staff cleaned tables between customers and replenished items regularly. There was a big rugby event on the first night we stayed here. We were very appreciative that the hotel posted security in the car park due to the large crowds and ensured our safety.

A lovely hotel only a short walk from the centre of Bayonne. The room was very comfortable. The pool was not open during our midweek stay (August)

Ideally located for walking into Bayonne old town. Good quality. Dog friendly. Fairly priced.
