This home was designed to replicate a hotel feel at fraction of the price. It maximizes beds and comfortable sleeping arrangements at the expense of shared spaces. It is perfect for families and groups who plan on spending the majority of the time exploring NYC and just need an efficiently priced place for the group to sleep at night. Our home is your home while you stay with us. We want you to have a wonderful experience while you are visiting, we just ask that you take care of it as you would take care of your own home. - Quiet hours after 9 pm - If you do not return your parking pass at the time of checkout, you will be charged a fine of $25 - Strictly enforced: A $500 smoking fine applies; please avoid smoking on the property. - For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from touching or unplugging any electrical devices.
