Доброго дня! Приезжали в данный отель на сутки,на клубничный фестиваль. Отель оставил двоякие впечатления...Начну с хорошегл- по моей невнимательности,я забронировала отель не на ту дату. Но связавшись с администратором,нам нашли номер. Девушки администраторы работают,выше всяких похвал! Однако заселение в номер прошло в шестом часу вечера,а мой супруг выступал на фестивале,и ему элементарно,нужно было принять душ и переодеться перед выступлением. Мы уснули прямо в фое,в ожидании номера.Девушка администратор устала извеняться перед нами,. Руководству в такие периоды наплыаа постояльцев нужго дополнительно выводить горничных. Они не успевали из за такого наплыва гостей. Это конечно,подпортило впечатление. И мы такие, кого заселяли с задержкой,были не одни. В остальном же...номера чистые,большие,.Бельё отличного кпчества! Отель расположен на прекрасной территории,в окружении кедров,сосен. Дышиться чудесно! Завтраки нормальные. Так что в целом,хороший отель,но есть над чем поработать. На фото,такой потрясающий вид с балкона.

Отель хороший , свежий ремонт , просторные номера , чистота.
Минусы это ресторан , еда дорогая и хуже чем в кафэ…
Спа не стоит своих денег , потому что расслабится невозможно, постоянные шумы , персонал разговаривает мешает тем самым отдыхать…
Отель нормальный остальное не рекомендую

A great hotel for a winter holiday with your significant other or family. A 10 minute walk from the ski area. Loved the clean rooms with modern design, beautiful views from the window. Very polite and friendly staff. Breakfast is included in the price. Lots of vegetables, tasty porridge and traditional Russian cutlets and cottage cheese casseroles. A big plus is the special lockers for gear with a dryer.

We settled in Sobolinka on the advice of friends and did not regret it. We stayed for 2 nights. Spacious, stylish rooms with knitted blankets on the beds. The staff is very friendly, responsive and upon request they brought another toothbrush. The only minus is the slow internet ((but the breakfast was great, varied and tasty, the pancakes were like homemade, the children liked the porridge (which is very rare). In the evening we came for dinner, ordered medallions and chicken roll - that’s all very decent, a good wine list (although we chose the wine ourselves), the children ate nuggets and fries. True, for some reason there was only one waiter, a small minus was the lack of background music, but otherwise everything was ok!

Very cozy hotel. We lived in a cottage. Every time you walk in from the street, you feel the wonderful aroma of real wood! Clean, tidy, there is everything you need - a kettle, dishes, clean towels. And the alpine skiing is wonderful! Good trails, maybe not too difficult, but long, wide, comfortable! All rental equipment is new. The people are friendly and welcoming! And the view of Lake Baikal is a separate bonus!

Nice restaurant. We lived elsewhere, but came for lunch and dinner. Duck magret is very tasty. Good selection of wines. Children always have something to order. There is a children's room. The children ate and did not ask to go home quickly. My husband and I sat quietly while they were having fun in the playroom.
