We had a time to find the place, google maps is not the best, staff at war museum were nothing but helpful.

Dit hotel geeft een ietwat foute indruk via de website. Dit is meer een Motel dan een hotel. Voordeel : ruim parkgelegenheid. De kamers zijn ok, maar geleefd, en in ons geval zelfs met een mooi uitzicht op een weide. De ramen en deuren zijn evenwel ouderwets. Rolluiken dienen manueel bediend te worden. De ontvangst en de service is eerder matig. Jonge dames die meer interesse hadden in hun gsm dan in de klant. Verwacht er niets van, en dit hotel is ok voor een nacht. Gelegen op wandelafstand van de charmante binnenstad van
Bayeux.

This is a very basic property that is central to Bayeux and the WWII sites. It has a restaurant but the nights we were there, there was a tour bus with about 100 12-year-olds who were all eating at the restaurant so we went in to Bayeux for dinner. The bathrooms were a little bit grimy but it had everything we needed to get a good rest in between sight seeing.

Beyond quiet! So amazing!
Unbelievably quiet and so comfortable! In room nespresso, creamer, a refrigerator, slippers, soft drinks in room for purchase, just all the little things. But the quietness was amazing! We were on the busy street side and did not hear one thing! Truly, far exceeded our expectations! The staff was awesome too! Thanks y’all!

The hotel charges a reasonable price for the stay with free wholesome breakfast. It is about 15 minutes walk from town. After a day of excursion, I ate at the hotel restaurant which is reasonably priced.
The hotel staff is very helpful, and polite. The front desk lady speaks perfect English, she helped me to talk to the front desk of the hotel in my next destination. She also called a taxi for me on my departure day. Thank you so very much!!!
