服務態度差，衹是辦理續住，上午出去忙了讓收拾打掃房間，下午 2 點多行程有變取消訂單退房就不行了，並且態度也很強硬。最後導致我退房把房卡還給前台我走了，房費我也不要了

硬件不錯，服務太太太差，隔音尤其差，半夜1107房間的人大聲嚷嚷，跟前台投訴了2次，都解決不了問題。吵的沒法睡，話説房間隔音那麼差，他們吐槽領導的話，我們聽的一清二楚，祕密都泄漏了

住宿可以，環境也行，洗漱設施很不好，淋浴頭小的不出水是壞的，頭頂上大淋浴頭水流小一多半都不出水還四處噴水，就和着洗完澡

什麼破地方，又臟又吵，服務還差，網上訂的，三人間噁心的不能住，換了個標間，錢都不給退，要瓶水還得花錢。其實就是六七十的標準。

前台服務員跟有問題一樣。服務態度極差，極差極差極差，我就問了下，空調温度怎麼樣，直接給我説讓我退房，説沒有空調。每週都去臨河看家人，想着找個近的住，真的是很氣。
