訂房前打電話去前台諮詢房型，前台女生接起電話 喂了一聲後，就把電話放一旁 讓我聽她跟同事閑聊。半分鐘後我掛斷電話，接着打過去七八次，都是沒人接聽。 我去哪兒和攜程會員都住到最高級別，真的第一次感覺被人戲弄！
第二天辦入住，剛到房間煙味特別大，在沒有接觸房間任何物品情況下打電話給前台想換一間沒煙味房，前台説沒房間了，衹剩電梯旁邊一間（比較吵）。雖然不開心我就沒換房了。
一會發現床品都是發黴的，很多黴點，還有塊狀頭屑在枕頭上非常明顯（圖3和視頻），再次聯繫讓阿姨換床品。阿姨説都是換過的，但還是幫我換了。
出門吃晚飯，關上門後習慣性按了下門把手，門直接開了，濕了很多次，包括在裏面反鎖，外面還是直接門把手一按就打開了門……
早餐還是挺好的，管理人員以為六十多歲阿叔親自在早餐廳門口跟大家打招呼，親力親為還是很讓人尊敬。本着於心不忍，得饒人處且饒人，所以我給了3.5分。總之很不愉快的一次入住體驗，以後不會去了

當天從哈密往內蒙趕路，入住酒店都快凌晨一點了，前台依然有人，房間超乾淨，床也很舒服，早點也很可口，花樣挺多的，這個酒店性價比較高！

房間不錯，挺乾淨的，早餐也很豐盛，大堂很氣派。就是地毯臟，電視窗户一般。
周邊有個夜市，小夜市東西挺貴的也不好吃。酒店的早餐不錯。
