Starway Hotel (Bayannur City Government)

The front desk service is very good, friendly and polite. There are many parking spaces around the hotel, and you can park anywhere in the middle of the night. This is my second stay. This Starway is better than the Four Seasons. It is very clean and the breakfast is delicious. I came quickly to give a good review.

The hotel front desk and room service are very friendly and enthusiastic, especially the room service girl is very considerate. It was quite late and I added a quilt to my bed. Not only did she make it for me personally, she also asked me if I needed any other items in the room. She deserves praise! The room was clean and tidy with no odor. The bedding was so comfortable that I had a good sleep all night. There were 6 or 7 bottles of mineral water in the refrigerator, which was enough for me to drink. When I checked out, the front desk asked me if I wanted to bring a few more bottles of water. Today's budget hotels are almost catching up with star-rated hotels in terms of service. I was very satisfied with my stay!

Every time I go on a business trip, I choose StarCity. The house is very clean. There is also breakfast that both adults and children like. It tastes good. The restaurant is very clean The most important thing is that the lady at the front desk has a good service attitude and is very enthusiastic. She also thoughtfully prepared toothbrushes, slippers and breakfast for the children.

酒店工作人員都很熱情，餐廳大姐人也很好。房間比較寬敞，床也挺舒服，但是睡覺的時候總感覺身上癢沒睡好，可能是心理作用吧！有一條浴巾是被用過然後疊上的，第二天美女經理主動解釋是下雨天可能淋雨了，可其他三條都是乾的！那麼大屁股印還在！ 遇到問題正面面對嘛，還不如不解釋！ 還有些不明白，我們需要房間，我攜程多年的用户訂房間三百一十多，老婆手機上兩百八十多，用她的手機先訂完我的立馬變成了三百四十多，好神奇啊！酒店告知房型不同，下面我就把兩個房間照片發一下，我住的那間浴室是敞着門的估計上一波客人剛走，打開通風還有味道呢！

各方面都很好，家庭間非常適合一家三口，設施齊全，衞生也到位，前台服務人員和保潔大姐都熱情友好，停車方便，地上車位很多，還有地下停車場，早餐又便宜又好吃，對於此價格來説整體體驗屬於很驚喜的級別，絕對推薦！
