well taken care, hotel room and surrounding is clean, service is good. oh ya...the hotel room aircond is too cold, till 27cel still very cold.

New hotel. Room is clean n nice. However, upon checked in, there was a cigarette smell even though its supposed to be a non smoking room.. staffs are polite n friendly...

Near Penang airport … it means little bit far from George town … but can go to Queensbay mall easily … all staffs very kind … recommand …

Hotel. located near to PIA and travel time is approximately 20 minutes. Wirhin its surrounding, there are convenient shops, restaurants and banks. Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Room was large, bed comfortable, air conditioning working well, water pressure strong and clean. Breakfast was nice and you can enjoy local food with some Western spreads. Parking is complimentary with Touch and Go card verification.

A bit pricey for the location and the standard. The room sizes are good. Location not so strategic. Surrounding nothing much. Parking a lot but going up to Lobby no lift and have to walk up using stair case with luggage. Room is clean and quite spacious. Breakfast standard and quite nice. The check-in process was quick and the staff were friendly and attentive.
