Everything about my stay at Eastin Hotel Penang was excellent. The room was clean, the staff were professional and friendly, and the location was very convenient for business purposes. Amenities in the room were complete and well-maintained. I appreciated the minibar and coffee setup. Highly recommended for business travellers.

The suite room is nice but the other rooms of lower ranks need proper maintenance. We had to move to a better room because the air conditioning was not working well in the first room assigned for us. The food at the executive lounge and choices of drinks were good. Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent too.

When we arrived the hotel it’s already closed to 4pm which is after few hours after check out timing. Unfortunately, our room have yet ready even though already pass our check in time. We was told to be waiting for 5mins but we waited for more than 5mins for the hotel staff to hand over us our room keys. The toilet on level 2 super small. Who ever that stand outside the toilet, can see thru from the side of the sliding door.
The location was good! Next to shopping mall and there are lots of foods can be found if your the type that lazy to go out and hunts for the foods

Hotel is only 5 minutes walk to Queensway Bay Mall. We like this big Mall for its variety and space. Done a fair bit of shopping here and dining options are plenty too.
Hotel room is cozy but some drainage problems in the toilet. Can smell when using the toilet so probably the hotel can look into it.
