When we arrived the hotel it’s already closed to 4pm which is after few hours after check out timing. Unfortunately, our room have yet ready even though already pass our check in time. We was told to be waiting for 5mins but we waited for more than 5mins for the hotel staff to hand over us our room keys. The toilet on level 2 super small. Who ever that stand outside the toilet, can see thru from the side of the sliding door.
The location was good! Next to shopping mall and there are lots of foods can be found if your the type that lazy to go out and hunts for the foods

Hotel is only 5 minutes walk to Queensway Bay Mall. We like this big Mall for its variety and space. Done a fair bit of shopping here and dining options are plenty too.
Hotel room is cozy but some drainage problems in the toilet. Can smell when using the toilet so probably the hotel can look into it.

Booked a second room for my family. Even though reception issued wrong room at first, given king bedroom when I requested for a twin bedroom, but reception rectified it immediately n changed room for us. Very efficient!

It was a fantastic hotel! The unique design with a bedroom on the second floor created an extraordinary atmosphere, making our stay feel truly special. Our children were absolutely thrilled and had a great time. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the refrigerator, which added to our comfort. Plus, with an AEON shopping mall nearby, everything was convenient, and we never felt any inconvenience. We would love to stay here again!

Location is nice, next to queensbay mall. Breakfast is good just not many local meal served. The soft drinks provided for free and stocked up everyday.

I recently stayed at Eastin Hotel Penang and I was disappointed with the lack of basic amenities. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. Additionally, I requested hand soap, but housekeeping failed to refill it during my stay. This experience fell short of my expectations, and I hope the management will address these issues for future guests.
