I m truly amaze with the surprise by Lexis, a small request but it is truly awesome preparation by hotel. Thank you trip.com and lexis for giving us an unforgettable stay . This is our very first trip after 4 years coinciding with my hubby birthday. Definitely will visit again

Loving the privacy in a room- 2 king bed, own pool, steam room, bathtub facing sea view. Breakfast is varity too.

A very nice place for staycation honeymoon. Romantic place. Breakfast yg super delicious with variety of choices. Easy parking. Valet parking Rm20/day. Nice and friendly staff. All staff in the hotel very pleasant personality.

Spacious room and clean. We were having good time but the journey to other place expecting traffic jams at certain hours. There were people smoking in other room, when we were at the pool, cigarettes smell was very strong.

Overral is ok. My 2nd time stay in here.. Except for the parking.. Food was ok.. i think last time was more varieties... guess rm65 is too expensive for additional guest.. The bed.. is super comfortables... love the steam room, pool and bath tab..

We have to have our breakfast outside of cafe (hallway) since its full house even though we came around 8.00 a.m. No aircond in the hallway, sadly. Its a bit hot. Limited varieties for breakfast. Fast check in. Room was top notch. There is play room for kids and adults too

I like the atmosphere in this hotel, very suitable for families. The room is clean, there is no smell of cigarettes as I have read reviews from others, everything is ok and perfect for me. the other staff are very friendly. But I tried to see the duty manager who was sitting while playing on the phone, which was a bit unpleasant to see at the same time that a woman asked him something, his attitude was indifferent. people will look askance when they see the duty manager sitting casually playing on the phone when it's check-in time and many other customers are there. hope that what seems to be acceptable can be reprimanded to be more professional in work

It was a great stay here, but the check in was very late and slow . Other than that I loved it✌🏼

1. All the staff are friendly which is perfect for a hotel. 2. Buffet breakfast, chefs gotta be more honest while preparing the foods, some got no taste at all. 3. Warm water tastes like soap or chlorine. 4. Can't deny the cleanliness of the hotel. 5. Kids playground with a built in TNB room. Perhaps the hotel should think to relocate either one. For SAFETY purpose. 6. Those who stayed here, tryna search for Boroi Cafe/Corner, you wont regret having your meals there too. 7. 2 nights stay accompanied by some weird sounds each night, someone playing drums using the plates and spoons, or kind of, based on the sound. Guess when is the time? 1AM to Fajr Prayer. 8. Heard of children running on the upper floor, same time range as the above comment. Hope there was another family in the room above us. 9. The lift/elevator area, the air conditioner is there, but it seems to be malfunctioning. 10. No such thing as charlie insect or etc like how some other comments/reviews before this. This is my 2nd times stay at lexis penang. And everything was perfect

This is an old hotel and not suit the 5 star rating for it. Pros : *able to check in early without charge with the kindness of the receptionist at that time. If not, MYR50 for early check in need to be paid *the cook for the breakfast is good but if they would add up another menu on it, would be perfect Cons: *the moment i came into the room, it is not stunning, it is kind of shocking. I am travelling from the south of Malaysia (about 700++km) and this is such a dissapointment to see the condition of the room. Dusty, there is no sign of proper maintenance on that room. Not sure if my bedsheet been change from last occupant. *Lobby just look like 2 star hotel *the amenities such kidsworld, public swimming pool, karaoke room and others are very poor. In other word, creeoy. Dont expect more *pool inside the room is muddy, there no sign of proper maintenance. I think twice to jump in the pool with my children. The chlorine is too strong. *lift is too old to carry people, look like they are about to die😂 The good things is, no charlie/rove beetle found! Thank god! Lexis group should figure out something to improve all these gaps, otherwise it will be an abandoned building a few years later

The service was just good. I was able to extend my stay for another 1/2 day for RM 300. Food was good too. My toddler loved their fried rice, and my wife loved their nasi lemak

The room is super big. W like the private pool and steam room. Nice sea view!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding my recent stay at Lexis Suites Penang and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. The next day morning, to my horror, I discovered rove beetles scuttling across the floor, wall, glass door, bath tub, even hided inside swimming clothes. if u don't know what is rove beetles please google it how's the harmful to human skin. please look at the picture. I can't imagine if my child were to be infected by rove beetle toxic during our stay at this hotel; it's a distressing thought that highlights the importance of ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for our family especially is a 5 star family suite hotel. I emailed the hotel management regarding this issue, but I have not received a response. very disappointed. please considering if u want to staying this hotel.
