Overall satisfied with our stay. Our kid had fun enjoying the kid-friendly facilities. The room is built with quality furnishings and materials from tubs, pool to toilet accessories. Beds are king-sized and super comfy. They provide Nescafe, selection of tea and bottles of drinking water. Checking-in was smooth supported by friendly and helpful staffs.

goos hotel near penang airport. yummy breakfast buffet and yummy sinner buffet. good private swimming pool. near shopping mall eg queenbay mall with cheap price foos and dress. hotel withgood facilities for relax eg spa teble rennis and reasing concer.

Honestly for a 5 star hotel I expect more but maybe since this hotel already run for many years, so there is some old stuff here and there. About cleanliness, it is nice but maybe they can focus more since its a 5 star hotel.

So far everything is good. Is good to have indicate the vegetarian meal whether have onion or garlic will be much better.

Parking to narrow and check out time at 11 am.. prefer check out at 12pm one more thing parking dirty with dry flower

The room is big enough for a couple. The housekeeping was done promptly. Complimentary drinks have been topped up daily. Breakfast was superb. Will recommend to family and friends.

The best experience in Penang. Room upgraded to Premium Seaview and thanks to Ms Trisyia I got the room with the view as per requested. Room was clean and amazing. Staff were friendly. Thanks trip.com

The room is big, the private pool in the room and steam bath is something we love. The view is superb and we enjoy our stay. Location wise is abit out for shopping malls or most island attraction, breakfast food wise i feel got room for improvement. Overall we love our stay.

Room very spacious with 2 super King size bed that sleep 4 person. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom also very spacious with 1 standing shower and a bathtub. Can draw up the blind and enjoy outside view while soaking in the bathtub. Every unit has a small little pool for you to soak and at the same time enjoyed the sea or mountain view depending on unit facing direction. TV attached 2 small speaker that provide better audio for listening to music. TV has multiple and international channel for selection. It also have internet radio and video on demand (but most are old movies). Some negative point. Breakfast especially on weekend either go very early 6.30am or after 9.00am else face a long q for a table. Next need some improvement on air con compressor which I think is mounted at toilet area. It generated noise which can be rather irating especially late at night.

our small family really like this hotel very much. The air feel so fresh with a great accommodation. we really enjoy the quality time at private pool and kidz world indoor playground. Breakfast buffet is very outstanding, serve delicious and wonderful food. 10/10 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Me and family enjoy the stay there. Car park ramp is a bit scary experience but we manage to park on 4th floor.

Really enjoyed my time here. Worth every penny! Stunning views, lobby and staff. Thy treated us with fruit and cake on a special occasion. One downside was the TV remote was not working, but that was fine with us :-)

It was a really great stay. Superb breakfast buffet. Clean room.
