Motel 6 Bay Saint Louis, MS

The Good: The rooms were clean and the beds were confortable. We even had a small fridge and microwave in the room. The Bad: The shower only worked on one setting - all the way to left, on hot. However, we didnt have any hot water. At all. The Ugly: We immediately spoke to the front desk and asked for another room. She said she would call maintenence as she didnt have any other rooms. So, cold showers it was. We came back from Gulfport and checked in with her. She said maitenance came and it was fixed. We got to the room, and nope, it was all still the same. More cold showers. The next morning we spoke with the manager and he went up to our room to verify. He offered for us to go to another room to shower. But that was all. I told him that didnt help us at all because we were packing to go home. We needed the problem solved the night before. All he said was that he tried to fix the problem and we refused. End of Story: Don't be fooled by all of the so called good reviews. This is not a good establishment as the staff could care less about the guests. Pay the extra and go to a better hotel.

I stayed here for a 3 day weekend trip. I have stayed here multiple times and it's a good location and easy to get to and from. The room is always clean as well.

I moved the first time because it had roaches in the bathroom. They moved me to a new room and I woke up with roaches in my room. I checked out early. The clerk was wonderful, but the facility is horrible the day. Clerk was wonderful.
