We stayed at Residence Carl and Do Baveno Hotel which was the first stop of our Italian Glory tour with Trafalgar. Our 2 bedroom suite was recently renovated. It was spacious and open with 3 balconies overlooking beautiful Lake Maggiore. Couldn’t ask for more. Unfortunately, my husband suddenly became unwell just prior to departing from home. By the time we arrived in Baveno, his symptoms had not improved. With the help from the front desk, they were able to find a Doctor that was willing to meet my husband in our suite. The Dr. asked many questions and was able to prescribe a prescription. Each day his health improved. If it wasn’t for the quick action of the staff, we would not have been able to continue with our planned tour. We will forever be grateful for the care shown by the staff at Residence Carl and Do Baveno. Thank you!!!

Great location and great place! We stayed here in June. Rented a 2 bedroom for 3 nights but we actually were upgraded to a 3; bedroom which was a pleasant surprise. We were on the second floor and had a partial lake view. Yes sitting outside on the balcony did have some car noise but it was fine! Bathrooms were huge and clean; toiletries provided. Hotel also has a game room for kids and a laundry facility. AC worked sometimes but we were not in the room much. Free passes to the Aquapark were provided. You need to drive there since the road is too busy for walking. It’s a convenient location; close to lido beach, ferry stop, and main square. Highly recommend!

Nous avons réservé 2 appartements pour 6 personnes au total. Malheureusement nos sommes arrivés tardivement à l'hôtel et les 2 appartements étaient dépourvu de draps pour faire les lits des 2 canapés lits installés dans les 2 appartements. Nous avons du nous débrouiller pour la 1 ere nuit. Le problème a été résorbé le lendemain matin en demandant des draps et des serviettes de toilettes supplémentaires à la réception quand elle était ouverte. L'équipe a été efficace et cordiale. (ils s'étonnaient que les pacs de draps et serviettes ne soient pas dans les appartements dans les placards). Sinon l'hôtel est très bien situé, non loin du lac, avec un parc public à proximité, très propre. Il n'y a rien à redire. Super salle de bains et produit de beauté et d'hygiène. Cuisine bien équipée, du liquide vaisselle est fourni , avec torchons et éponge! Top!

Établissement tres bien placé, propre et bien équipé un seul bémol le parking n est pas accessible par l ascenseur. Mais vaut le détour Baveno est tranquille et bien desservi. Nous avons été enchantés par notre séjour : établissement et l environement

Excellent accueil, résidence appart hôtel de très bon rapport qualité prix pour l'Italie, d'une propreté irréprochable et avec un accueil chaleureux. ça parle le français ! Au bord du lac Majeur et ses commerces, restaurants à deux pas. et pizzas à emporter au top ! Super séjour en Italie. Viva Italia

Ho trascorso 5 giorni fantastici al Residence: struttura elegante, spaziosa, pulita, vista lago da ogni camera. L' appartamento veramente bello e attrezzato. Compreso nel prezzo, l'entrata gratuita all'Aquaparkavventura per tutti i componenti della famiglia: ombrelloni e lettini nella spiaggetta di fronte alla piscina. Sono stata veramente soddisfatta, ritornerò sicuramente!
