Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort All Inclusive

Everything was amazing! One tip, as soon as you check in, be sure to make your dinner reservations for every night of your stay. Staff were superb. Rooms were amazing and the view from an ocean front room were picture perfect.

There was a mix-up with my room. I opted for a junior suite adults only for my birthday. I arrived and was put on the family side in an upgraded suite with double beds and a pull-out couch. I specifically chose the adults only so that i could have peace and quiet. The second room, i entered and a guest was standing there. The third room was rhe exact room that i booked but it smelled like mildew. The hot water, tv, and mini fridge didnt work. They eventually sent someone up the next day to get it taken care of. The food was really good. I was happy they had tons of vegetarian options. The views were beautiful. The grounds were clean. It was easy to walk the beach. The spa was also clean. My massage was amazing. I specifically chose to vacation here for my birthday but it wasnt a pleasant celebration.

Our stay was fantastic. Food, bed comfort and internet was good. The most amazing experience was our personal concierge Dileydi. She knows how to do her Job. She was all the time pending that we have best restaurants and how she can help to improve our stay. I recomend this Hotel 100%. Everybody friendly. Also Felix from Cana was amazing.

The resort was beautiful!!! The pools were great, aside from a lot of missing tiles that were scratching us at times. Excursion company was fantastic as well!! We loved the staff here so much, they were so welcoming and fun to talk to!!!

Our concierge, Eriol was outsatnding. He helped us plan each day, made reservations and no matter the task that we asked he was able to accomodate.
