Every single thing from the service to the facilities, to the activities, to the food, to the room and just absolute stunning and sophisticated place. We truly have never been so happy with a hotel as we have been with TRS Turquesa. We cannot wait to go back next year!!! Our butler, Ray, was the absolute best!!!! He took care of every single thing for us every single day we were there. We are still speechless and how wonderful this vacation was. Truly amazing!

Joanna was our Butler and she was very nice and easy to work with. Eddy was very friendly and helpful too. Thank you for the bday celebration and treats left in the room. Santa was our housekeeper and she did a wonderful job.

OMG this adults only resort was extremely nice and peaceful, the swim up room was phenomenal and service throughout was A grade!!! The staff is so accommodating, professional, attentive, friendly, welcoming, etc etc gosh you really feel like your in paradise, your treated better than family lol! We wish to return soon ASAP!

This is a great all inclusive property. This was our first trip to the Dominican Republic but not our first time for an all inclusive property. Definitely worth checking out.

The staff made our 50th Birthday Girls Weekend Trip very special. The food was amazing and you can eat between 4 Palladium properties. Everything was clean and updated.

The resort is huge. It’s an adults only part of a larger multi-hotel resort, which was really nice because there were so many restaurants and pools and amenities to choose from. Nice gym and spa. Butler service was included which was nice (thanks Rodney!). I really enjoyed this resort! My only qualm is that the food was meh.

So TRS has taken several of the perks you usually receive and now you need to pay an extra $100 per night to get them. Absolutely Unacceptable. We did not receive any upgrade for VIP, in fact we requested poolside room, and they put us in a garden view with a view of a tree. The sewage smell was overpowering. They now charge $55 for Caribbean lobster, a huge rip off. They all now charge for their super bowl party $50. This has become a money grab resort. Our butler showed up on day 1, never made any reservations for us, we never heard from hm again, we called him 3 times with requests he never filled any of them. They do not enforce pool rules, people smoking in pool, ficking ashes in pool. the main pool is so quiet no music nothing!!! BORING BORING BORING We will not be back to this property.
