The first day we arrived the service was exceptional for welcoming. The first morning at breakfast was excellent.(Monday) Every morning after that the service gradually got worse. 2 days we weren't offered any table service, refills or even water glasses. The door to our suite was very hard to open, housekeeper said she would report to get it fixed, it never got fixed. Our jacuzzi didn't hold water, it kept emptying. You couldn't go right into it because water was too hot coming out and had to let set to cool off and then it drained by itself. No elevator. If I would have known this, I would have booked a first floor room, not a 3rd floor room that I had to walk the stairs. This is just feedback, it wouldn't stop me from booking again. The bartenders were great. A lot of staff do not great you or acknowledge you when you walk by, I had to speak first with a smile at them to get a response.
