Algunos camareros en el buffet Poseidón nos trataron de mala gana, todo lo contrario a Domingo que estaba siempre atento y con una buena sonrisa, los chicos del bar de las piscinas del palace y la Secret son del 100, en cuanto a la habitación teníamos cucarachas en la cama, los baños estaban regularmente limpio, por lo demás bien.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was mostly very good. Didn’t like that on 2 days our room wasn’t cleaned even thought I had the housekeeping sign on the door for 5-6 hours. Also, a lack of facial tissues and facial wash clothes. Grounds are kept beautifully! All in all, was a great experience!

The worst service ever experienced!
We got sick from dirty cups at the bar!
Room service terrible and not trained.
I wanted to upgrade to an ocean view they said no problem!
I paid and did not receive what I paid for!
Still waiting for the refund!I waited all evening to be called from a Manager no one called.

Food was good, but always the same in the buffet. Cats walking around dining room and buffet. Internet kept dropping. Everything is on an app: restaurant menu, activities, etc. nothing printed. Went as a group of 6, 2 in each room. Something was wrong about every day. Safe not working, cards to get in not working. Even water and electricity had days of not working. Cockroaches in rooms. The beach was congested and hard to find chairs. Venders coming to beach area and annoying, wanting to sell their products or take pictures.
Staff in restaurants and buffet attentive and friendly. Always manicuring the trees, grass, leaves. Very pretty grounds.

When we first arrived the room was not ready. Our bedding had major stains on the bed the toilet flushing button was broken the tile was coming of the wall and the tv and telephone needed repaired. This took multiple complaints and had to be “verified” by a hotel staff member before they were repaired. The water shut off completely a couple of days around 9:30. The restaurant reservations were nearly impossible to get and the other restaurants selections were hit or miss. The servers and bartenders were amazing and the beach view is very nice. There should be a little more information on activities and they should limit the soliciting on the beach. Also multiple things were presented on the app and the advertisement that were for only Travelers Club members a timeshare with a presentation we were somewhat deceived into going to We still had a nice time.
