Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time.
The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip.
Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it.
I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough.

Not meet my expectation
I suffered a lot of inconvenience due to the hurricane and service.
No one explained to me. When can I use hot water, when can I use the swimming pool, when can I use the elevator.
And I wanted to turn off the air conditioner in the evening but it didn't work. I called the staff, but they told me to open the window a little.(when hurricane is coming)
Most of the staff don't even say hello. The service was the worst of any 5 star hotel I've been to.
But the only kids club staff was friendly. They were always explaining the next kids program and memorizing the child's name.
And in the restaurant, only the staff serving the coffee were friendly.
