Good afternoon. The e perience at the Hotel was excellent from the first day to the last. Mr. Jeifry Hechel, guest service representative, was outstanding, and he was attentive to us the entire time. He treated us twice as guest, first as Expidia guests and second, as Hotel guests. Thanks to you, everything turned out excellent.

The property was nice and clean. Staff was great. The restaurants were good. I felt it lacked entertainment. I expected more music during the day by the pool. We arrived Friday not much entertainment that night or Saturday. On Monday they had an all white party which was ok. We pretty much entertained ourselves.

Food was very average in the restaurants and they expect you to pay for steak or lobster in the steak house and seafood places. Not all inclusive 5 star by any means. Not many extra benefits when upgrading to diamond club, very disappointing. Have to buy a Corona Beer at the upgraded bar!! Too many up sells on everything. Royalton what happened here. Lots to say but won’t hear. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend

We just got back from Punta Cana and had the pleasure of staying at this amazing resort—though only for one night due to a canceled flight and no availability at our original hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, Jeifry welcomed us with a smile and excellent service. He made check-in smooth, gave us a tour, and made us feel like we had known him for years. Our room wasn’t ready right away, but Jeifry promised to do his best—and by 2 PM, we were in! He even made a dinner reservation for us at the hibachi restaurant and personally walked us there. The food was great, just a little salty, but we really enjoyed the experience. The resort’s nightlife was amazing! A live band played Dominican hits, and we had so much fun dancing. We also watched a Dominican dance show—though it was a bit warm in the theater, the performance was fantastic. We loved the layout and design of the resort—spacious, beautiful, and full of spots to relax or explore. At night, we noticed security at the beach and pools roped off for safety, which we appreciated. At check-out, Jeifry met us again, stayed to chat, and made sure everything went smoothly. His customer service was truly the best we experienced during our entire trip. We’ll definitely return and bring our whole family next time. Thank you for the unforgettable experience!
